Can i say that im a man and i tune into these podcasts and i find them very informative and they have helped me to see things in a different perspective. I find that women some times, well most times helps us as men, or at least me, to gather that balance. Hints thats why man and woman are ment for each other to bring that balance.

Anyone can discern sin in others, we need to discern the gifts in those whom we mentor.. Wonderful!

I’m grateful how y’all continue to point to the health of a church as part of these important topics and decisions we make.

Such a powerful, challenging podcast. This is such a spot-on message for me and an encouragement to "come alongside" other sisters in Christ, knowing growth is of The Lord! So restful!

Absolutely! The real life mentors in my life (as opposed to those with radio &/or book ministries) we're all younger than I by 5-7 years... But they were all linen who loved the Lord, who actively had been Christians growing in their faith for most of their lives, whereas I was a new Christian... I'm so grateful for them!

This was super insightful, I especially loved the part about inviting other people in to do our normal life things alongside us and mentoring them from that place

Should the mentees find a mentor or should the mentor find a mentee?

Good question. I think both. If you are new in your walk, and you have a feeling that you need guidance or someone to hold you accountable, reach out sooner than later. And if you see someone who is struggling, maybe ask them how you can pray for them and then ask if they want to get together for coffee and at that time, ask if they have time and that you are willing to mentor.
