I also sometimes hate words of encouragement, not that we dont appreciate it but it sometimes comes at the wrong time and feels superficial

I think it’s a twofold, not only go into a space boldly yet humble, getting over the fear of entering into that room or space while being mindful of those insecurities.
But also on the other side being welcoming, so that others that are different from us feel welcome in that space.
This would mean being mindful of our biases of those that are different from us that we may unknowingly send that message to them. Which this may result in them feeling unwelcome because they were able to discern that unconscious bias attitude from us. It’s accountability on both sides. So that would result in us checking out heart posture on a regular basis to ensure that we are loving unconditionally with the heart of God with help of the Holy Spirit to all❤️ a self-righteous Spirit is a real thing.

‘We are naturally tribal’, 🤔thanks for saying this, I used to think that only Africans are!
