      Patti G I don’t think so with this recipe but you can get the low or no sugar sure gell and it will be shelf stable.

    Love this but as usual I have questions. Did you ‘process’ in a water bath or just put in the refrigerator? Where did you get the lids ? I love them. And where did you get the gelatin?. It looks beautiful!

      Jennifer Johnson I did not water bath. I just put it in the fridge. I’m not sure where I got the lids. They were in my stash of lids. I, of course, got the gelatin at the liquidation store but you can buy it on Amazon. Yes, you can use monk fruit but I don’t know what amount. I want to try Allulose next. Mine has a slight bitter aftertaste that I don’t think Allulose will have.

    I tried this. I used Monk fruit sweetener and followed the directions as far as I know. It didn't seem that complicated. But my jelly did not set up at all--not even when refrigerated. Total disappointment. I'm going to try reheating it and adding more of the gelatin.

    I liked the idea that you didn't have to water-bath; you let the jelly set up in the fridge. We use plain Stevia here; wonder if that would work?? PS You might want to block Edward Phillips from your channel; he posts filthy videos in comments.

      Deb's Way I’m not sure if it would work with just stevia or not. I don’t see why it wouldn’t though. And, yes, I reported Edward. Thanks for letting me know.
