Firstly, Ghost Jesus would have a better connection to the holy spirit, also I'm pretty sure Robot Jesus is blasphemy in at least some denominations, since Jesus should be 'fully human' and stuff. Also, Robot Jesus's cybernetic parts may inhibit his ability to perform miracles, since we know that Darth Vader couldn't use force lightning due to him having robotic arms, and it'd probably be similar for Robot Jesus. On the other hand, Ghost Jesus would have difficulty interacting physically with the world, since he's a Ghost, and he would be limited by the strength of the people he could possess, so Robot Jesus may have an edge in direct combat. Although Ghost Jesus would have ways to attack Robot Jesus without having to resort to possessing a body, so it's debatable how much of an advantage this really is for Robot Jesus. Another advantage of Ghost Jesus is that he could recover faster if his host body was destroyed, whereas Robot Jesus would have to wait 3 days to revive, plus the time it takes to repair his cybernetic parts. The main issue for Robot Jesus would be that he doesn't really have a way to damage Ghost Jesus while he's in his immaterial form, while Ghost Jesus could attack him with his superior spiritual powers. Obviously there are ways to damage or destroy ghosts, but those are usually based on Christian religious beliefs, so they probably wouldn't work against Ghost Jesus. The only way I see Robot Jesus winning this is if Ghost Jesus is still susceptible to the same things regular Ghosts are, like salt, exorcisms, etc. If we assume that Ghost Jesus takes form/possesses a host, Robot Jesus would take the win, but in an all-out fight, Ghost Jesus has a clear advantage.
