    The goal of this workout is to improve circulation and give your body a subtle hint that you require energy to do physical exercise. Workout after meal.

    just wanted to thank you for such great workouts - I have been doing your workouts since July, and I am sure that the reason my legs and core are as strong as they are is why I am doing so well after outpatient surgery yesterday. my instructions are to walk every hour, and I was bored walking in the house, so I did this gentle workout (even more gently) and it was perfect! thank you for offering such great workouts, I really love them!

    1, July 2023 It is humid and 30 C even in the morning so I can only do very light exercises. I found this and I was actually after breakfast so it was perfect. Thank you.

    I had a bad cold this week and took a few days off to rest and heal. Still only about 50% so this was a perfect workout to start back on track.
