just wanted to thank you for such great workouts - I have been doing your workouts since July, and I am sure that the reason my legs and core are as strong as they are is why I am doing so well after outpatient surgery yesterday. my instructions are to walk every hour, and I was bored walking in the house, so I did this gentle workout (even more gently) and it was perfect! thank you for offering such great workouts, I really love them!

I had a bad cold this week and took a few days off to rest and heal. Still only about 50% so this was a perfect workout to start back on track. This is not the same as a walk, try 120 steps per minute actually walking .... ! The physics of walking is a little different.
