Collagen peptides, using a scalp massager like hers with groth oil nightly, MSM, multivitamins, lots of water and exercise had changed my head of hair! It's truly growing like crazy. I also wash with the massager weekly, I deep condition every 2 weeks and I've been doing a protein treatment every 12 weeks. It's a lot of maintenance, but so worth it!
How much MSM do you take? When I first started MSM, I noticed that it brought on my period early. I started to decrease from a teaspoon to a 1/4 teaspoon but I got scared and stopped taking it,lol.

I watched your video two weeks ago, bought the scalp massage and used it through out my wash/hair routine today which included rice water and a few drops of peppermint hair oil after blow drying. I have PCOS and it's impact my hair in a negative way. Even if I don't gain length I'm hoping that my new hair routine will help make it strong and healthy again. Okay so I had one of these sitting in my bathroom for the longest time, and I was afraid to use it the way she does. For those with kinkier or tangle prone hair (like me) I found a better way to use it. Fingertips for the shampoo process only and then once I apply my deep conditioner and detangle my hair, I will twist it up in little sections. THEN I go in with my scalp massager and rub it on my scalp with my hair already detangled and sectioned off, but not too roughly. This will give you the benefits of the tool and lift any remaining dead skin from the scalp without causing tangles during shampoo process. Hope that helps.

La Starr Wicks anything that doesn't have sulfates, silicones, parabens, and mineral oil. If your scalp is dry use a cowash like as I am coconut cowash, and if your scalp is oily or if u have buildup than use a natural shampoo like cantu sulfate free shampoo. I like to use cowash because my hair is 3C and it gets pretty dry. But sometimes I put a few drops of tea tree oil in it because tea tree oil gets rid of dandruf and can help keep your scalp moisturizer. I hope this helps! Happy hair growing

RheaP JoY Not necessarily I been clarifying, protein treating & deep conditioning a week before texlaxing for at least 10 years & I've never ever had a relaxer burn my scalp
I think that would be okay but you might want to wait a little bit longer than a week and of course base your scalp

I would just use my fingers if I were you. I thought this thing was gonna feel great but I hate it. You have much more control with fingers though.
Just put the pads of your fingers on your scalp and go in little circles all throughout the scalp
@@thehauntedtree FR! I tried it and I felt like it only tangled my hair. So I stopped using it. Now to give me a scalp massage, I only use my fingers (no pads), then I try to give me another massage with a similar brush but it’s a plastic one (because it’s firmer, it’s gonna do what I want and doesn’t tangle my hair). After that, I use my regular brushes and combs to be tangle-free (I hate knots).

How long can it take to make your hair grow longer and thicker by scalp massaging every time you washing the hair if it really works? But how can scalp massage make your hair grow longer and thicker if your hair is most controlled by the genes and least don't have any vitamin deficiency?
Think about blood flow when u massage... for sore muscles! Or like when u have a wound, blood flow (oxygen) repairs the wound... that's how I see it
I have tried scalp massage brush twice when I washed my hair, but I think scalp massage brush cause hair loss since I think I already lost a bigger hair ball in the shower devoured than usual the second time I used the scalp massage brush.
