there's a splatterpunk djinn book called Djinn by Sam West, not sure of your thoughts on splatterpunk and extreme horror. and The Vengeful Djinn by Rosemary Ellen Guiley are the only genie horror i know of. great haul.
Another cool haul. The orginal Planet of the Apes book is a favourite of mine. I also have a couple based on the remakes and some spinoffs too. Thanks for reminding me to continue with The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice.
@davidsbookreviews4983 I really want to find a copy of Planet of the Apes and see what it's about. As I said, the older I get, the more interesting the concept seems to me. Glad I have at least one book in the series. Thanks for watching, David!
Moon of the Wolf - was that one made into a movie? I know there is a movie of that name that I like. Sepulchre James Herbert....OMG so jealous! and Demon Night too holy crap you got some good finds. Great video. oh btw on the whole being surprised how many books a particular author can do, I'm not Goodreads and the amount of stuff you find on there is insane haha.
@@GrimSquirrel666 I haven't seen a ton of movies, so I'm not really sure. It looks like it should have been a movie, that's for sure. I was psyched to find the ARCS, especially the Herbert! I'm also on Goodreads and love to see what authors have written through the years. I just thought Yarbro was maybe a one and done in the genre, but she's been a pretty big contributor. I'll have to read some of her work in the next year.
@@littlelibraryofhorrors haha yeah I imagine you when you say you've had a trip to the book shop just an elated look on your face while carrying out stacks of books haha yeah I'm waaaaay behind on reading stuff but I got a new job and so haven't had much time for it which is sad.

@@TheJericho1123 I love Splatterpunk, but extreme horror isn't for me. It has its place within horror, but I'm simply not a fan of it.
