to me the 008 valve sounded better but i like the 710n too apr r1 i did not like it at all

The sound has nothing to do with how good the valve is. It's a diverter valve, not a blowoff valve. It vents excess boost back into the intake, which is why you don't get that loud blowoff sound.

+squalo777 videos its as if you didnt read that comment at all. that person is saying that SOUND has NOTHING to do with any diverter valve, as its not its main purpose. in fact you didnt show anything of comparasant between each other in concern of its action as a diverter valve.
mine makes a sound very very similar to a bov vta
if its a 710n its probably dead then, mine did that too when i got the car

i dont see the point of a splitter valve (forge) when the valve purpose itself is to keep the air in the vacuum system due to the valve opening and closing from when u press the throttle and when you let off. only plus of a splitter is a louder turbo sound but i dont see it beneficial. correct me if i am but 🤔

You wont really hear how good a bov is untill you actually drive the car make boost some people just dont know knowledge on turbo cars and how bov works

Yo también lo traigo y últimamente estoy teniendo problemas, aveses el turbo no mete la presión al motor o la válvula no abre por q de olle q si suciona pero boost, y apago el carro y solo asi empieza a funcionar bien. No tienes idea q pueda fallar?
+Santiago Ramirez es la n249 mas bien la balbula se keda abierta y todo el aire lo recircula tengo un video en ni canal de como kitar la n249 esa es la k se encarga de abrir y cerrar la valvula cuando se keda abierta entre los cambios bas a notar k pierdes todo el poder del carro yo te recomiendo k le agas eso y tambien revisa tus bujias si ya estan danadas puedes perder mucho poder tambien y te hace pensar k pueden ser muchas cosas cyando solo necesitas nuevas bujias

Yes it does because it holds the boost really good, check my other video of the forge 008 so you can hear the way it souds when you driving the car
jdmluisp It's not going to make much difference on a stock K03. Sure it will function better than stock, but until you get a tune and up the boost the DV isn't going to alter your performance much, unless of course your stock DV is toast.

+squalo777 videos I'm getting ready to do everything on my car in the next week, nose conversion, fmic, paint the rims, new hatch because I didn't prime it do it just kept rotting around the spot I tried fixing, rear spoiler. I only have the green spring. That's only 5lbs and it was still unbelievable, dude I bought it from said he was making over 300 on 18-20 lbs. I did all the brakes over and brake lines. Then I'm just going to plasti-dip it for now because the the noise is green, idc. I would've already done it but I had to get oral surgery two weeks ago and that's still hurting.

The apr r1 should be installed in reverse, or backwards so to speak. If you didn't know already.
+Eurosmatic Riches nop same way as stock dv there's no way you can put it backwards or in reverse the only one you install backwards is the forge splitter
What he means by reverse is just swapping inlet/outlet of the diverter valve ends to opposite hoses. Basically a 180 degree in orientation. Some people claim it helps them hold boost better in higher RPMs. Personally I haven't witness any difference. They also claim it helps your diverter last longer when reversed.

Is this what a forge diverter valve is supposed to sound like? Also, I haven't heard another V Dub around that spools up our even subs this loud. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks. I personally think it's a misfire and triggering the ECU to run the most basic map that's even worse than limp home mode

Non of these are blow off valves.. They are all deserter bypasses
They all sound like crap. But that's just the sound quality on whatever you used to record with.
