As a mother, my heart aches for this girl's pain, and I have tears. I know she will recover nicely, though, thanks to the good doctor. Some pain now will be much less than a lifetime of pain without the surgery, both physcially and mentally.

@@sanika4895perhaps they don’t have extra money for surgery, if that’s the case, as you get older and have a job, you could save up money for the surgery yourself. If they do have the money then I think that you should explain to them how unhappy with the look of your nose. Good luck to you.

Whenever i go south i never have to worry about language u guys are so supportive.
But a south indian may feel isolated and discrminated in north if he or she dosent know hindi very well
I have often seen one woman in our city with such a chin, but her front teeth peeked out from under her lip even more deplorably.She got old with that face . Apparently she couldn't afford it or didn't know.But here such work is colossal and very competent, I work as a doctor, you have simply golden hands!👍👍👍❤

Wish I have supportive parents, they look like they can't afford that much cost but even though for her daughter happiness they made such brave decision, my parents can afford but they aren't brave 😭

Oh gosh! I don't know if they use opiate pain meds in her country but she needed a dose before that exam. Hope she loves her new face ❤
I heard the doctor say Tylenol. Looks like rest is the best medicine for recovery. Doctor recognises that emotional trauma is as bad as the physical. Sounds very responsible and ethical. Stronger pain drugs are very dangerous in regards to possible, even likely, addiction outcomes.

Made my eyes water every time the doctor touched her jaw. She seemed like she was in pain.
She looks so sad and didnt seem to have any inpuut throughout . I really pray that she is happy with the outcome ..sweet girl.
And when she is clearly in pain and her mouth is bleeding the nurse swats her hand away ..poor thing needs pain meds and some kindness post op.depression is also a thing.
Such a great thing to help people in need to be able to have normal function....& surely it helps their self esteem.
With confidence now she'll likely have a happier smile, hope which will give her a better life.

This woman looks broken inside. She displays no emotion and is obviously miserable. Her surgery did nothing to make her happier. She is still in a lot of pain after 10 days. I hope she heals properly and doesn't have long term complications after such an extensive surgery. My heart goes out to her.

Appreciate the great parents. 😍 This doctor is a real artist. His work seems to involve art, engineering, geometry.. and a lot of other sciences. Would like to request a little more smoothness in touching the achy operated spots.
He maybe encouraging blood flow to the pain sites, to assist with quick healing, by his firm touches.

Don’t they have strong pain meds they can give the patients?
I've watched several of this doctor's videos. Great the way he can help his patients, however, he seems profoundly insensitive to their pain. They're like trophy achievements that he wants to show off. Kinda hard to watch.
I thought the same thing! Obviously doing amazing work but a little lacking in "bedside" compassion. If he at least acknowledged their pain TO them, it would be different. It doesn't take much more effort to say "I see you are in pain, I'm so sorry you are hurting but I must check you in this way unfortunately. Other videos were worse, a man was crying and shrinking at the slightest touch. I also think it could be a cultural thing...maybe it is normal to not afford pain medication and therefore much more normal to see people in pain and become desensitized to it...because even her parents didn't really react. I would be crying in sympathy with my child or interrupting and asking for meds for her. I was surprised that no one commented on this that I could see, until you!
Doesn't matter if he sees it like that, it's about the end result.
