M also afraid after seeing this, though m suffering coz of my nose for more than 12-14 years coz I started pulling it when I was a teenager and now I can't go out confidently as people stare at my nose I can't talk to anyone looking straight into their eyes,I hope apart from this painful surgery i had another option of correcting my Nose

Everybody has flaws but that doesn't mean they've to loose their confidence just becoz of a tiny flaws . So build up your confidence and face it. You're great as the way you're. ✌

She got anesthesia through mask, I got through injection , mine was 3 hours and tremendously painful since I had a broken nose , the pain was there for more than a week it was quite hard to eat with the cloth inside our nose. My breathing sense has reduced now , yes I can breath properly as compare to before. One who wants to change his natural nose shape because of insecurity shouldn't go for this , you are beautiful in your own way. For the first week of operations you might feel miserable but after that once they take out the packs from nose you will feel better

@@saarsh.904 Reduce sense of smell , its been one hear of my operation and I still feel I didn't recovered properly , your nose becomes delicate and you must take utmost care during first 6 months , no heavy exercise for 6 months or it may pit pressure on nose blood vessel, still if you choose for getting into the procedure then research well for doctors.

It's not self care it's self destruction love and accept yourself the you are 💕 Allah pak has created us all in a unique way everyone is different from the other and that's the beauty..
Obviously it is miles better than before, Maybe she was nervous to see her face after the surgery. But it looks like there is lot of swelling right now. So hope to see better results after the said period.

U can do septoplasty if U have DNS( deviated nasal septum- that leads to closure of nostrils, blocked nose)
but that is a medical reason, unless there is no medical reason u can't change shape by surgical procedures...
