This is a new airline for us. We fly with Aer Lingus on their A330-300 in May 2022 from Manchester to Orlando International. See our review, the plane and food.

Loved the look of the seats and the layout. The food looked excellent , the entertainment was brilliant if only 1 Disney film though lol ! On the whole it looked very impressive thank you for sharing this with us both

This was a great video. Thank you. We will be making this trip in November with Aer Lingus. I always worry about leg room and needing a seatbelt extender. I am less worried now :) thank you

I do think Aer Lingus were the roomiest airline we’ve flown to Orlando on. The crew were fab about getting us an extender each too, don’t be afraid to ask 😊
We have never flown Aer Lingus but it looks nice and comfortable.
I am glad they had somewhere to move you to when the seat in front broke that would have been annoying otherwise.

It was a first flying with them for us too and throughly enjoyed it, will definitely be using them again.
Would you remember if the lower number seats were to the front of the plane?
Yes they were, we paid for I think around row 16 but it was so much quieter than those at the back. I believe it goes up to row 45 at the back
Thanks for sharing,I fly to Manchester a couple times a year to see my mum. I shop my flights and haven’t traveled on air Lingus before so thanks. It’s a three hour extra drive from my house to Orlando but a $300, savings
They are a no frills airline but work well and we had a good flight with them. $300 is a big saving too 😊
Looked pretty good. Entertainment looked very good too. Would definitely check them out for price comparison 👍🏻😊

@RegiyThornton oh you’ve no worries there. We actually found them quite spacious, better than Virgin and BA

Thanks Emily. So we did pay to book our seats, it wasn't too expensive I don't believe but I would definitely recommend paying for the seats nearer the front, they don't seem as crowded. I believe the seats at the back are included but not 100% sure on that.

No, you don’t need an app at all, it’s all on the screen 😊

I’m flying with them in a few days and I’m rather worried about being able to recline since I have a bad back. How did you find it?
We rarely recline, only if the seat is empty behind. There were a lot of empty seats so hopefully you’ll be able to move around once in the air 😊

To be honest I don’t know on the language front. Maybe worth seeing if they’ve a contact email you can write too. We really enjoyed our experience with them. I know there are good and bad experiences with every airline but it was a good one for us. Have an amazing trip in May, it’s a great time to be there with flower and garden 😊

Can I ask what size u are and u seemed comfy in ur seat im size 24 and booked extra leg room seats but been told there actually smaller seat haha
I’m around a size 20 now. I wouldn’t recommend the extra leg room seats, the arm rests don’t move and you have less width unfortunately. Also if you need a seat belt extender they won’t allow you to seat in these seats. We flew with BA and managed to get the set of two at the back. The aisle and rest goes up which is handy 😊
I fly with these tomorrow and I'm honestly shocked by how bad our service has been so far! Did you not face any problems pre flight?
No, nothing, they were fantastic from start to finish, even the way home too. Unfortunately there will always be good and bad with every airline, I think we got lucky for this trip as I have heard a lot of bad too

Always wonder about flying to Orlando with Aer Lingus but hear so many complaints about flights getting cancelled but have to say prices are very good so you never know!😊
Hi, are the drinks on board complimentary?
The soft drinks and water were. I don’t know about alcohol though as we don’t drink on the flight. I think that you have to pay for.
I'm going in 2 wks time with these and just found out alcohol drinks you do have to pay for but softdrinks are free still 😊
this is going to sound really silly but did the pasta bolognese come with cheese on it? i'm a bit of a picky eater (not by choice) and am lactose intolerant so i'm nervous about not having anything to eat on the flight!!
To be honest I really can’t remember. I’ve just had a quick look at the video and it does look like there is cheese on top. You may be able to request a special meal, definitely worth checking your booking or giving them a call. We always buy sandwiches too as Simon isn’t great with airline food. Hope that helps a little 😊

You need to plan ahead then, don't rely on the airline. Bring your own packed lunch. We flew with Virgin with a picky eater and the food onboard wasn't to her taste, a vegetarian mean, so on the way back we made a packed lunch up. Failing that you're stuck on the aircraft for nine hours eating airline crisps and biscuits. You can take food onboard so long as its not considered a liquid. My friend had chopped carrots, grapes, salad leafs, etc.
Definitely a good idea with the picky eaters, thankfully hubby is happy with a meal deal 😁

No, hand luggage is included as standard.
bro when I flew on their a330 the screen wasn’t touchscreen and all they offered for food was vegetarian chili and plain chicken with rice
Oh no, much better service when we flew that one time.
@@ReevesFamilyAdventures the ife froze and all, the seat was incredibly uncomfortable, half the buttons on the remote didn’t work, the search feature was removed from the IFE and all.
Such a shame 🙁
