Joe, The masts and yards look like they came out pretty decent. I’ve been curious this past week on how they would come out.
For me, I was worried the diameter would be too small after rounding them out. Also, I was missing 4 pieces of the masts. Basically
that’s why I went to the dowels. Don’t hesitate to contact me about rigging block placement and rigging if needed. Be happy to help.

Van, they didn't come out as well as I thought but I am pleased with the overall conclusion. I figured the time it took was just that, time, which I have plenty. When I step back and look at the progress I am happy. I will certainly be giving you a shout if things go down hill, which I am sure it will.

Vance, I will take any advice you have with placing the pulleys, blocks, etc. These instructions are pretty rough.

Hi Joe. Very nice detailed work my friend! Is it the picture of your son in the back? So sorry...
As I'm not native speaking English: what is a "dowel"?

@@Curtis_Wooden_Shipyard Hi Curtis, yes that is a picture of my son Scott in the background and thank you for asking. Demo in English would be a long stick of wood that is round. So what normally comes in a kit for the mess?
