I swear, you have the best builds. They keep me busy. Thank you for sharing.
For more durability you can cut some thin aluminum sheeting and form it around the bottom of the chair where the wood meets the ground.
That is such a great idea! Thank you for sharing!
Just saw a Shorts clip from Sawdust Society’s channel, he created feet using an old plastic cutting board. Pretty clever
Another good option is coat the portions that touch the ground with TITEBOND III wood glue. Once cured, the Titebond III will be waterproof, sealing the wood
Cool One Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching!

I love Adirondack chairs! Here in Buenos Aires- Argentina are rare to find... these ones you made them look an easy built... I'll give it a try. Thank you Ana💕
Wonderful, thank you!
thank you..
Welcome!
Thank You! I've been looking for an affordable one for several years!!
Glad I could help!
You are so awesome.....This was exactly what I was wanting my next project to be after I finish setting up our new fire pit.
Wonderful! We'd love to see it when you're done:)
Love it. We did today afternoon in 1 hrs. Very simple plan. Myself my 8 yr old girl did it. Very easy. I did not have miter saw. I used circular saw. Used speed square for angle. Now just waiting for painting. Most likely paint it tomorrow.
That is awesome!
For more comfort I would suggest to increase the angle between the seat and the back rest.
You could do that by making the arm rests a bit longer and still flush the back rest with the end of the arm rest.
Thanks for the feedback!
I love this! We are in the process of pouring a patio and theses will be great around the fire pit. I love your projects and plan to also build your outdoor table. couch and chairs.
Exciting, thank you!
Beautiful
Which build is better of the two types of A.Chairs on your site??
We have quite a few adirondack chair plans, it really comes down to your preference, this is one of the simpler builds.

I am really looking for a way to get a couple of swivel chairs done maybe putting the swilel on thrift chair I might find ? any ideas?
The only suggestion is, how do you add a drink holder onto the arm?
Here are a couple tutorials to check out build-basic.com/build-a-diy-chair-drink-holder/

Thanks for watching!
I screwed on steel boat ring cup holders off of amazon for the other Adirondack build
Do you need to pre drill before using the self tapping to reduce splitting or no?
Generally no need to predrill with self tapping screws:)
