Yes, the Yankee wife is too innocent. She will have to learn the hard way that the cult are not her friends. They are in constant competition. They will not lift her up but hold her down. Few things are more lethal than a jealous friend who has your back with a knife in her hand.
Pnina does do completely custom gowns. You have to book a special appointment with her and she can work with you trying on some of the gowns she has and then she can sketch your dream dress. But that really is “no budget”.
True, I prefer Randy or Marc Sinieo dresses over Pinini. But the thing is with this episode they gonna show the most expensive dresses. Most regular brides certainly won't spend $15-25 thousand dollars on a single dress

She absolutely TORTURED that wedding planner. I couldn't believe she pulled this one off!

I think she is looking for a reaction and approval from the guess! I can honestly say I have never looked up to a Yankee player or a Yankee wife for style tips.... But then, most of the time when confront with what other people deem 'stylist' I'm always very grateful that I am not.
Exactly. Sometimes less would be more and definitely in this case. She looked like she was trying to hard to look rich and it just came out awful, which I hate to say negative things like that about someone, but her personality was just icky to me. While I'm at it, I might as well throw in that her hair was terrible. She just needed a reality check. Some of these rich dads need to learn that they'd make their daughters a much better person by teaching them to be a good person, not just throwing money at them and raising spoiled brats.

I've seen Syndal's episode a bunch of times and always think she should have went with the 2nd dress. It was gorgeous and everyone ALWAYS gets the Pnina, so why not go with that glamorous ballgown?
That first bride's dress went from perfect to royal wedding. Just kept getting better. Loved her and her family's true, emotional, response to the dress and to the upgrades.

I felt sorry for the young soon-to-be wife of the baseball player. That "plain" dress as the other wives mentioned was a beautiful and elegant dress and you could tell, she lit up in that dress vs the other 2 she tried on. I think she only caved and WANTED to love it because of the pressure, but I think deep down inside she really loved that second dress the most. And I agreed w/ [her] on all counts... it was beautiful and elegant and you could totally add the BLING to dress it up to give it that bling. Same! Also got my pale gold ball gown / a-line crossover from David’s clearance sample sale, I also bought it on Black Friday and it was only $100. I absolutely loved it and got so many compliments on it. I cherish those memories.
I wouldn’t give a damn what the other wives thought. If I like it, I’d wear it. If all the wives are decked out in head to toe bling (ie cheap, flashy Las Vegas looks) think how you’d stand out in the simple unadorned dress. With some elegant but red carpet jewelry (I’m thinking Charles Winston) she’d rule the day. As rich as these people are I doubt they’re in the Bill Gates category so masses of diamonds aren’t likely. Personally I’d go for the 2nd dress.

Many of these children have been raised to have no concept of money or consideration of others. It’s partially on them, as adults, to learn to behave better. But a lot of it is on the parents for raising them that way, too.

Cyndal was NOT in love with her dress. Her "friends" were not supporting what she wanted or desired. They were there to make sure she put on the "show" they felt she SHOULD have to put on for the TEAM. Absolutely HORRIBLE shallow people. It's too bad she chose them to go with her. Big mistake. Her youth and desire to please led her to choosing the wrong people to go with her to this appointment. In Denmark we do not use crystals and sequins on bridal dresses. It is viewed as tacky and cheap, no matter the price of the dress.

It's too bad that Cyndle listened to her "friends" as it was very obvious by the look on her face that the first dress was NOT the dress. Unfortunately she caved to peer pressure.
I felt sorry for the young soon-to-be wife of the baseball player. That "plain" dress as the other wives mentioned was a beautiful and elegant dress and you could tell, she lit up in that dress vs the other 2 she tried on. I think she only caved and WANTED to love it because of the pressure, but I think deep down inside she really loved that second dress the most. And I agreed w/ [her] on all counts... it was beautiful and elegant and you could totally add the BLING to dress it up to give it that bling. Sure, the other dress she settled on (let's face it, it was settled on to appease the other wives and their show-off'ness), was pretty, but she was more elegant in the one that was considered plain. That dress was stunning on her and had the right look for her. I hate she went with the other one because of the pressure to LOVE IT by the other 'wives'... ugh

Same! Also got my pale gold ball gown / a-line crossover from David’s clearance sample sale, I also bought it on Black Friday and it was only $100. I absolutely loved it and got so many compliments on it. I cherish those memories.
I wouldn’t give a damn what the other wives thought. If I like it, I’d wear it. If all the wives are decked out in head to toe bling (ie cheap, flashy Las Vegas looks) think how you’d stand out in the simple unadorned dress. With some elegant but red carpet jewelry (I’m thinking Charles Winston) she’d rule the day. As rich as these people are I doubt they’re in the Bill Gates category so masses of diamonds aren’t likely. Personally I’d go for the 2nd dress.

Many of these children have been raised to have no concept of money or consideration of others. It’s partially on them, as adults, to learn to behave better. But a lot of it is on the parents for raising them that way, too.

Her youth and desire to please led her to choosing the wrong people to go with her to this appointment.
