5:30 That's interesting. You were in your yard but when you turned on the vacuum you found yourself a few blocks from home,. That's a pretty strong vacuum to do that!

Supposed to use the bag when vacuuming solid stuff, if vacuuming liquid then you remove the bag

I guess the backwash thing is blowing the dust out but when you release the button it goes back to suction and then the dust goes back in the filter…

Yeah I don't completely get it myself. I will have to investigate sometime.

I got a cheapo one from Mitre 10. Very pleased. I got a frightening amount dirt out of my rug with the wet and it's nice to have a big vac for sawdust.

I may be wrong but almost all of the shop vac's you have to use a different filter when you suck up wet things. May want to check that. I know mine has a different part number for a wet air filter and shouldn't be used for wet things with the standard one.

Not sure about Makita's version of this, but with mine they tell you to take out the filter prior to sucking up water. No real need for filtration and it's going to get caked with whatever is in the water.

You need to do more tool and product reviews, get your sense of humor out there, I think you will kill it.

Agreed, this is a super useful tool. Nothing beats a big-assed broom and a dustpan for things like wood shavings and such, but for large, wet messes it's perfect, as well as for tools or cleaning off a part as you're working on it.

Oh, so that's what the drill symbol is for. I guess that means my vacuum has a power socket? Guess I should have read the manual.

Just make sure to wash it properly after sucking pool water .. mine ended up with few holes .. i think because of the chlorine. Made it rust theough .lol
And we were doing pool epoxy so used it to suck the last bit of water that the submersible couldn't get to

I hear with wet and dry vacuums you can suck things that are both wet and dry, like paint, glue, epoxy etc...
Probably only once but you still can...

I request you somehow combine this with a Hayshun kat eating solution of your own cracking design. Fix the Hayshun eating hatz problem. Hkat time travel. Hayshun villain slower-downer to half speed pool dryer. That is your mission Turnah, should you decide to accept it. As always, should you or any member of your IM Force be caught or dirt-napped, the Secretary will disavow all knowledge of your actions. This request will self-destruct, so stand back a bit.
