  • This video is for people that appreciate and are interested in long-lasting CB radio walkie talkies that have stood the test of time for over 40 years.
    If you can recommend a good radio service and repair man for older walkie talkies, please let me know in the chat.

    That is a cool collection. I have 15 or so CBs in my collection but not many handheld ones. I did a vid on old school Emergency rescue CBs a few months back . Thanks for sharing !

      Thanks very much for leaving the comment! I jumped over to your channel and the field phone video came up. I had to learn how to set those up when I was in the Army (in the 80s). I'm looking forward to watching your videos. The next walkie talkie video I do will probably be a lot shorter - maybe next on a couple Midlands. Take care.

    Well done! For some reason I have never had good luck with the radios of the 70's. guess I have bought duds. Yours did well.

      Well, some may need some servicing. I would like to have some of mine looked at. Hoping someone will recommend a good radio technician in the chat.

      @@musicman364 the problem I have had is every tech I have know does not work on handhelds. I bought a midland 75-822 from bells cb . used it twice and put it up. then 2 years later took it out and no receive. I called bells cb and they dont work on em either. only mobiles or bases. I called midland and they told me that they dont even work on them after they are out of warranty.
