I think this is my favorite edition of the book. There are many great editions, but the concept for this is wonderful. The Easton Press deluxe edition is okay but the artwork in that edition takes itself too seriously I think for what the author would have wanted.
Love the book and I've been tempted a few times to consider buying it, but for a book which has been published over 150+ years ago and has been adapted in so many variations this just seems a bit redundant to me. As a child I've read it so many many times, once i buy it i doubt i will look or read through it ever. So that just takes away any justification for such a price for this book. Don't wanna buy it just to stick in in the glass cabinet for display.
Thank you!! I dont know, to be honest. I guess time will tell, but they have nailed production quality and desirability. I have a lot of trust in them right now. Maybe if they moved to a model where they have a standard edition as well as the numbered and lettered... I dont know. I suppose it's a financial/business question.
This addition is beautiful, and I love the concept of the illustrations being from Alice’s point of view. However, the book is 600 dollars. I feel like this book was created for a specific group of elite, and not for us average people. The price is absolutely pretentious. It sort of ruins the beauty of the book for me.
Amaranthine books never cease to amaze me
Wow that looks superb, thank you for sharing! Another great video.
Wow! Stunning book. Thank you for sharing. I love those illustrations. I just wish I could afford their books!
Oh god the deep physical pain in my heart that i will never own this book
