This is one of my favorite trail runs to watch when I have to use the treadmill. I love the easy pace of the front guy and the nice green scenery. Very stable filming too. Thanks.

Just tried this with a winter treadmill run for the first time. Very good motivation, and quite fun to play with the incline to match the hills. Thank you!

Thank you *so much* for this video!!! I just did this run with you on my elliptical and I have to say that it beat the heck out of staring at my stats on the screen the whole way through! I'm just returning to working out and was filled with dread at the prospect of it. Your video really helped me to push myself through. I kept feeling like I needed to keep up with you and there were times that I felt like I was actually running the trail with you guys. I knew this was the case when I ducked to go under the fallen limb! lol I appreciate BOTH of you so much and can't wait for our next run!

Very good video! I did not think that having not run for 10 years because of an illness, and now you have another opportunity to do so, even if it is virtual!
Still could use more of these videos as well as first class!

Amazingly steady video for the terrain you went through, and quite a physical feat to carry a recorder and keep up the pace. As good a course as any other I've seen on RUclips.

Thank you for this great video. I have to say that I really get into it. I end up with vertigo and kinda stumble when you stumble. I lean when you lean. Once, I almost ran off my treadmill because you turned a sharp corner. LOL!!!

For this video we used a Canon Vixia30 HD camera with a steadicam.
Higher quality stuff, we would use a Canon 7D with a steadicam

    • @xczonetv

This video was done almost 15 years ago using a steadicam. We now use better cameras, gimbal and steadicams.
