The RSN personnel gave them food and fresh water and asked them to leave our shores. A few of these boats had their outboard motors repaired by the RSN in order to make them seaworthy for the remaining of the journey to seek refuge in other countries.

Doesnt exist, 2. Indonesia & Malaysia can fight a 10 year protracted war. Can Singapore fight that long?
Absolutely not. That’s why the strategy is to be swift and decisive. It’s in the SAF motto. I believe the main aim is to give a shock effect and occupy part of an opposing country and setting up defensive lines. Then other international organisations step in the help peacekeeping. So while many will just give the reason “oh, SG can’t fight for long” no doubt, but the mission is to gain a swift short term victory
Why? Because nobody dares to make the first gung-ho move and finish the job fast? I bet you that Malaysia will go bankrupt and its people starved to death before they can even complete 2 years of the so called 10 years protracted war. Who is dumb enough to start a war when the people are starving? The poor in Malaysia are poorer today than when Covid-19 was still active. More than half the population don’t even have more than RM10,000 in their EPF for retirement. Think about survival first before thinking about war.
Given the equipment is one thing, one need to also cater for personnel who operates it efficiently. Take the small little case in Little India riot in singapore, the personnel (police) can't even effectively contain the riot but instead running away with their guns. When it comes to war i dont have high hopes and majority of our army are just NSman working who think about medical leave everyday. I would gauge with assumption we have 100 subs, we only have 50 subs on the ball who know how to operate and fighter jet half as well. Just my assumption.
i was one of those who u mention ran away...i had my side arm my baton ..the situation was different ..it takes more courage just to stand ur ground and not use ur weapon because it can turn worse ..uwant us start shoot ???men under me had to face roudy angry men but had to stand our ground and not react ..u think it was easy ....????

Only country that would bully Singapore is China but there is no maritime dispute with China. If there was, i doubt Singapore will dare do anything even if they have 10 subs.

Mahathir did it once, Singapore prepped its troops seeing that we are serious Mahathir surrendered and said its just a joke. Under contract those 2 are our sovereign if tap is turned off its akin to infringement due to contract. If malaysia do that the repercussion is trust. Btw without Singapore, Malaysia a few states will not have clean water. We sold it at a loss after treating it cleanly so your citizens can have clean water for cheap.

That’s why Singapore makes it’s own water now and have not renewed any of its contracts to buy water from Malaysia. 2062 Singapore will officially not buy water from Malaysia anymore. In fact, we already don’t need water from Malaysia and are just running down the contract.
