Bronwen is absolutely amazing. I remember watching her do her majic when we were 16 and she would make the best cheesecakes I had ever tasted. Now I'm watching her on TV. Can't wait to see more!!!
OMG I was watching this thinking that woman looks soo familiar! then i looked in the description and saw Bronwen Weber! you were my FAVORITE on the food network challenges!!
I loved this masterclass, very cool and funny. There´s some things stress me a lot and you make it look so easy. I looked for the large silicon rolling pin in your site but didn´t find it. Regards from Guatemala; hugs!! =)
@420cordova Thanks for watching! When you get started, simply bake your desired cake, however many layers you want. Make sure to put your cake on a board and pre cute the desired hole in the center of your board. The board plays a large role in the support of your angled cake. Put your filling in between the layers and crumb coat it with your buttercream. Now you are ready to cover it with fondant, cut a hole in the cake and place the stand through it. I hope that helps a bit. Thanks!

Thank you so much for watching Lindsay! The cake stand is a set that we sell on our site at CaljavaOnline com. The pipes and the boards all come together. It's really easy to use and there is a square set and a round set. The pipes screw into the boards. Let us know if you have any questions. Thanks!!!!
Hahaha yes we do infact use Vodka to spray. We use vodka because it acts as an edible adhesive on the fondant and evaporates very quickly because of all the alcohol content. It's much better to use than water. Thanks for watching!!!
OMG I love this lady! Soooo funny! XO I have a quick question - the flat boards are plastic that the cake sits on? Where do you get these? Is the pipe glued onto them?
@pitbullandjustinlove Thanks for watching. The fondant is good for a year. There's a great sale for up to 50% off this week for FondX Rolled fondant at CaljavaOnline. com
@ReiraHitorio normally you would cover the piping with fondant or flowers. You can even pipe on the piping. There are many creative ways you can fill that space, but she didn't have time to go over that in her demonstration. Thanks for watching!
@MrNyancat1111222 YES they are all handmade out of sugar. They are actually all premade and ready to place right onto your cake. It's so easy! You can find them at CaljavaOnline. com. Thanks for watching

I use a little bit of buttercream on the base of the board before I put the cake on. It's great because it works like glue! hope this helps
