I have a Kitchen Aid stand mixer that I love. But when I bake, I am usually making like 10+ cakes at a time. So I have storage bowls with lids, I put my wet ingredients in, measuring out exactly what needs to be in one batter, per bowl. I then hit it with my immersion blender, put the lid on when done, I stack them in The fridge. Then. Sift all dry ingredients, for the same amount. Being disabled I am limited to how long I can work in the kitchen. I cover all the mixing bowls that have the dry ingredients. My husband does the pan prep for me while I break. Then I also hand mix each one, pour in it's pans, and bake. I don't mix the wet in to the dry until I am ready to bake. But I also mix by hand. Keeps from over mixing. I only mix the eggs n milk, wet stuff with the blender. 2-3 seconds and it's done lol
@@lacretiastarr I love it lol. My recipe calls for sour cream milk eggs and vanilla (or whatever extract you pick) so I just fill up 10+ bowls. And the hand held immersion blender does the work lol
Personally loved the cake simple without the toppings. Even the naked part someone else didn't like the look of I loved I do understand though the need to show its a Cinderella theme hence all the topoings. For a grown up number cake I imagine roses and maybe the macarons with gold leaf or silver if that exists.
Oh I really, really wish you’d share your recipe and ratios for a cake this size!! Can’t find ANYWHERE on the internet! Also, how do you carve without getting a lot of crumbs?? Thanks! You do beautiful work!!
Elizabeth put the cake in the the freezer, and it will be cool enough without the crumbs. Also watch the video she puts in the right corner and double it. That is enough to make a 2 layer cake. You can save the rest for cake pops in your freezer......

Hello 👋 what piping tips did you use between the layers?

How much is it to buy one of those from you!!!????? That cake looks so delicious 🤤.
What projector do u use ?
Do you have a tutorial on how to write with buttercream?
Can I make a cream cheese pound cake sheet pan cake?
I think it looks perfect without the icing on the side
What size pan did you use
I'm curious about how many servings this cake has in it. It looks big but with all the cut outs I'm not sure

What are you go to food colorings for buttercream? You mentioned colour mill isn’t, I was tempted to try them.
I love Chefmaster!!
How did you deliver this cake ?
Beautiful cake 😍😍
I just have a question. I tried to make a number cake but the sides got dry. Any tips on how to stop that from happening?
I added the syrup but I feel the sides still got alittle dry in the fridge.
What is a type of cake?
Very pretty. But how much servings does this cake give?
I think realistically this one could easily feed 30 people!
Thank for your "straight forward" information 😂
