Hi Yes they are rock solid, ive mounted a nikon d800 and 24/70 f28 for the overhead table shots in my subsequent vids and thats not a light rig, i also clamp LED panels to them at the same time for lighting. The only issue you might have is that they dont lock in the horizontal axis on the wall mount and so can swing out of position if bumped into. It hasnt been a big issue and only happened once. Im thinking of modding them to stop it happening.

Neewer make 2 sizes, but not sure about anyone else, there are plenty of different makes on the market, youll have to google it.
