That looks pretty dam sweet! I might have to do that down the road for my 2023! The Red and Gold doesn’t remind me of McDonald’s I instantly think of Iron Man!! Colors go good together!!
Thanks! Does your 2023 come with the engine case opening for the clear clutch? I am asking because if so, it makes the install a whole lot easier! Thank you for your comment!!!
When you first get it installed you may get some condensation. After that the oil looks like it does in the sight glass. It will remain the same color until it is time for an oil change.
Engine case = $450 Clear clutch case = $275 Pressure plate = $245 Ring pressure plate = $60 Stock Ducati engine case screws = $100 (estimated cannot find the receipt). Grand total = $1130.
When you replaced the clutch plates you had them the wrong way around! And how you don’t have any oil leaks from how you applied the casing I’ll never know. 😩
Good catch! Yeah I noticed that the first clutch plate was installed wrong but I thought I edited out and replaced it with me installing it correctly. Looks like I need to reedited the video. I have not had any leaks and I did an oil change when was working on the clutch cover. 😃
The reason that I purchased the CNC racing engine case is for opening where the clutch is. The stock cover does not allow you to access the clutch as it is fully covered. I believe years 2022 and up comes with the panigale engine case, which allows you to access the clutch without having to purchase the whole engine case. Also, the CNC engine case is magnesium it is just power coated black.

It’s good to see another video from you!
I would love to see a pic of the full bike with that black engine, must look very good!
Long story but I switched it to the bronze/engine case.
не знаю на сколько это надёжно ,но смотрится классно ...
Did you refill oil before starting it?
Yeah I did a complete oil change, just not in the video.
I like that colour combo
Thanks!!!
Nice 😊
Looks like my v4
Thanks!!!
That’s sexy getting mine done next Tuesday
Thanks!!!
What will the inside of the glass look like when the oil gets dirty from the clutch? I’m asking because I’m thinking of installing one of these.

you should have used a new pressure plate bearing considering you had to knock it out from the inner race.
Directions call for you to use the stock pressure plate bearing so that's what I did.

what is the advantage of the cnc engine case? isn't the magnesium stock cover better?

No leaks?
Nope. no leaks!
Did you put any locktite on those bolts??
Nope just a little bit of anti seize on each bolt.
Does it void the factory warranty?
My factory warranty is over. However, if you have something go wrong with engine it may void your warranty due to it being an aftermarket part.
Does this void your warranty if you change it on your own ?
I think so but my warranty is expired.
@@d.magnus425I have them installing my akrapovic rn and thinking if I should have them put this clear clutch also but dbk ducabike also
I just bought the new v4s and don’t want to mess around with things like that . I can try simple stuff lol
@@Hasan10034 I do not blame you lol. Ducati's can be difficult to work on compared to other bikes.
