I'm not a life coach or public speaker but my anxiety and fear over people hating me for things I don't mean to be has crippled me these past 2 years. It helps to hear her words about letting go, and not letting others opinions of you make you feel small. I'm always making myself smaller to accommodate my sisters and their lack of self control in their lives. I have to remember my light isn't trying to block them, they are trying to block my rays.

Full of golden nuggets, but for me it has to be to remember that I can still have my "car" (great analogy) full of the passengers of fear and doubt and still make an impact. In fact it puts my humanity on display for people facing similar issues - it probably will have the opposite effect that my doubts would have me believe, it will make people MORE receptive, not less. In fact it puts my humanity on display for people facing similar issues - it probably will have the opposite effect that my doubts would have me believe, it will make people MORE receptive, not less.
