My sista,i can tell you as a Black South African that we had this topic in SA and we are fine with the winners. The last 4 winners of Miss SA are all black including one of them winning Miss Universe with natural hair. We understand oour history and the history of Africa and the world. We are not dumb. We have a different vision. Mia Le Roux is our miss SA and we fine with her. Rest!
The judges of the Miss SA ard 90% black SA women and the winnef is not decided on just merely beauty but the message we want her to tell the world. Mia was chosen because of her story of being a person from the deaf community. She is teaching us about inclusity especially of people with disability to participate in national events. We are welcoming to learn how to accommodate them as nation. Her colour at this point doesn't matte much but yes in general race matters. Yes, pageants are problematic and that's what we are addressing now because they are privately owned.
I have noticed that when African people speaks about the inequalities in South Africa, Black South Africans comes out to defend white South Africans, the invading foreign Boers.
Just wake up make a vedio with no information and facts anyway the next you talk about she will be in jail myb you can interview her to get likes and views
Being misinformed because you don't read or search by yourself is a problem. South Africa is a diverse country with multiple races and languages. Mia is a white South African, and I am asking myself if South Africa is the only country with white South African. So lets not push our own agenda by playing the race card. There is a woman who lost her identity because of another woman focus on that and educate people the importance of being truthful.
South Africa economy is in the hands of 10% wyts population and Blacks have no choice than just to follow the masters and believe me they loooove them, but sad thing is that love is not reciprocal.
Please continue to fight your black identity issues in peace and do not drag us in as we don't have them We South Africans are NOT asking anybody for help so just butt out of our problems and stop patronising us. You too are not free. Regardless we are happy with our current choice
It's okay my sister atleast we are fixing our country please my sister mind your own white people in american and again not everything is about black americans or america
however, black Americans have always supported the South African struggle & always showed solidarity so it's time people stop thinking they are exempt from criticism and above pressure. Revolution starts with everyone & everyone has the right to voice their opinion so 100 years from now we are not watching apartheid happen again, my sister.
