They're all intelligent and speaks with conviction. No wonder why SA is one of the power houses in any international pageant. I'm a fan from Philippines 🇵🇭
@@markg5631 there’s nothing wrong with that. Acknowledging that she’s from a different country admiring other cultures gives them a sense of pride (I mean the South African people) Knowing that someone looks up on them from the other side of the world is beautiful. They have to know that they are being seen.
I had a few South Africans and Zambians in my undergraduate and graduate programs. They were super brilliant. It was a joy to be in the program with them. I am not surprised by these ladies articulate responses.
The three answers are all great. It's just that Ndavi's way of delivering her answer is gentle, graceful, and simple. The 3 answers focus on the diversity, but Ndavi's precisely stated further about gender and sexuality, which makes her message more powerful to everyone - not just the differences in race. She deservers the crown.
A relevant question and beautiful intelligent answers from the top 3 make SA also relevant in all international pageants. Mabuhay South Africa from the Philippines!
All these answers were brilliant....somehow I loved Lebohang's answer more, working together and moving forward in diversity....because, lets be realistic, our history really brings up pain and suffering and can hardly unite us as South Africa....but then all the ladies were brilliant and congratulations to Ndavi, our Miss SA
The more I go back and listen to them again indeed Lebo's answer seemed so rounded off unfortunately she sounded rhyming. If it was delivered with so much compassion, power and calm and slowly it would have been outstanding
I really liked the last one. But any of them could be a strong contender in the MU: they are smart, a real spoken person and very beautiful. I'm overwhelmed. Congratulations to you all. ♥️😍👏🏼👏🏼
This is how beauty queens/contestants should answer. Full of conviction/ no rattle/ profound. Very smart contestants. Very confident on stage! Wow!!!!!
I solely think the prelims might have added to Ndavi winning, but Ayanda cleared everyone this round. Look at Bonang's reaction from the audience after Ayanda's Answer. I just wish Ndavi wins Miss Uni and give Ayanda a chance to snatch that Miss Supra crown for a back to back win. PURRRRRRRRRR CONGATULATIONS NDAVI!!!!!!
Ayanda’s and Ndavi’s answers were similar. They gave the same answer but in different words. They both talked about culture diversity but Ndavi explained more and gave a precise answer.
I beg to differ, I'll give an unbiased response as a neutral viewer. I know yall love Ayanda, but Ndavi crushed Ayanda in both QA rounds. The first problem with Ayanda is, that she included vanac in a platform where international viewers don't understand "Isizulu" and she didn't even translate the meaning of the phrase "Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu" in English. Keep in mind that beauty pageants are streamed worldwide and the majority of people don't even understand the meaning of the Isizulu phrase, including the judges. Also, her answer was just not IN-DEPTH as Ndavi's, she didn't point out the issues we come across daily and solutions to them. On the other hand, Ndavi went deeper into providing strong points such as embracing every single culture, race, gender, and sexuality, which are the things we come across daily that need attention in order to unite our nation.
@@Joe_Ndlozi The Zulu phrase every South African should know, it’s literally our Slogan as a nation. Miss SA is for South Africans, Now When she goes to Miss Universe or Miss world she’ll know to answer in English cause it’s an international stage. Also the Zulu phrase was just an addition to show pride as an African, she gave a complete answer in English. If you know what the Zulu phrase means you’ll know she already said it in English in the beginning of her answer.
@@nthabisengmametja7031 My dear we had ppl from Botswana, kae kae attending is not like it was only South Africans there she should have translated it,this land is not Zulu land it is for us all.

Very good answers from all of them but unfortunately we need one winner which happens to be Ndavi congratulations to her and hard luck to other two beautiful flowers.
They are all brilliant women. Indeed. To be honest, it would be really hard to pick the winner if that “ small but incredible” 1st runner up has the same height or a little bit taller with newly crowned Ms. SA. Beauty - they are both Brains- they both smart But in judges/ audiences perspective for the next criteria of deliberations is definitely the physical features, the body proportions that can compete with Asians, American and Latinas beauty, that was the edge of the winner, her height and slender body.
@@charlesseakamela6212 i didn’t say any discrimination statement, it is just your wrong perception of my statement but lets all accept the fact that physical aspect belongs to be a criterion, what Im trying to say is that, if a judge cant decide about beauty and brains since they are both have and capable of, then let settle the judgment by means of their total looks so that is why they pick the winner because that her edge to the other one. Do you get my point as being audience and also been a pageantry judge for so many years? That is what a judge point of view and there no discriminatory meant for your information. Nah, I beg to differ, she didn't win because she didn't give an in depth answer compared to the winner's. It's not about the height otherwise she wouldn't have made it to the top 5 if they consider the height because there were taller contestants than her who were brilliant but didn't make it to the top 2.
She said we need to focus on our differences .😬She misspoke there. She meant to say we need to acknowledge our differences but focus on our similarities.

I think the organizers are growing each year, but there are some stereotypes that need to be ironed out. I believe the only reason Ayanda did not get the crown is because she is petite.
*They pretty much gave the same answer but using different words. These women can be proud of them. SA will waste talents if they let Ndavi competes to all international pageants. Based on the 3 last standings, I will say Ndavi for miss universe(she could be a great fit if she works hard for it), Ayanda for miss Supranational (she is positively extravagant) and Lebogang for miss world (she is much more calm in her personality)*
