Mental illness has been in my family for multiple generations. My brother attempted suicide when I was a teenager hardest thing to go through. Not knowing what is wrong or how to fix it. Knowing no matter what you say will not change the way they feel. Just be there for people closest to you. You may never know when someone close to you is struggling.
