I love how Shaq stresses the importance of suicide help at the end of the video. With a son with a heart condition and me only being 18, I was severely depressed and suicidal for months and every little word and every little action that others did usually effected me in a bad way. Just wanted to say that I've been there and I hope that anyone going through depression/suicide thoughts to talk to someone about it or get the help you feel would be best. Best of luck to all and I hope everyone has an amazing week.
It's a roller coaster best thing to remember is it cant kill you itself. You can make it through it. And once you do it may come back. But that also means it will go away again. We all eventually die. So I say live for the good moments so you take more with you when you die.
