I swear flying around the world in these small planes sounds so cool. everytime I see your videos I am quoestioning if I should become an airline or a ferry pilot
Vielen Dank!!
The time lapse was cool... Great coastal view.
Made the whole thing a bit shorter haha
@@MickeLang Of course now you owe us know some slow motions! Nice one, thank you
Great video, thanks for sharing a lot of the ATC comms
Nice video. I m happy to see my city in these video. The island after your departure from Kavala is Thasos. It's a beautiful island with amazing beaches to spend your summer vacation.
Goed gedaan!
Hey Micke, just found your videos couple days ago (thx to the youtube algorithm I suppose) and I've bingewatched almost all by now, great content!
Just had to comment on this particular one because of Cyprus which I have lots of memories of (flying to holidays back in the day, also landing in Paphos there)
I also need to give it a try again in the Flight sim.
Cheers!
Thanks Lukas! ☺️
what a wonderful view
Always nice to fly there :)
@@MickeLang that wind screen design sure helps
beautiful
thanks!
Nice video buddy, keep it up!
Thanks :)
Nice Video!!
Thanks Saad :)
L-1011 cameo on taxi!!!!!
Noticed that too! Had to stare at it and rewind to make sure of what I was seeing there!
It has been sitting there for years now
@@MickeLang Airplane Repo time!
My local university, MTSU just took delivery of a bunch of DA40's for flight training.
Congrats!
sporty :)))
Kind of ;)
Nice video! Can you please show a map of your travel that day and in total?
LOAN - LGKV - LCPH
where is the electronic checklist available for the DA40NG?
11:11 say what ? Two many ones 😂 how long was the flight ✈️ ? Thumbs up 👍
I said "no I'm kidding" haha
Next come to Aydin Cildir airport ☺️🤗
If it would be so easy ;)
Why couldn’t you rudder trim to relieve the right leg??
in one of your videos or maybe a short, can you explain the different canopy positions? the handle has the second little handle but no one at my flight school seems to know how it works! haha
Well it's position one and two, there is not too much to say about it lol
@@MickeLang but what’s the secondary springy part of the handle for?
@@ryancrazy1 the little thing you can move?
@@MickeLang yeah. Is that supposed to be a safety lock? Maybe ours is just broken.
I did not get why you had to push the rudder while in autopilot NAV mode. I would have thought the autopilot is controlling that when required?
The DA40 does not have a yaw damper. So this is why you have to push the right rudder in the climb, even if the AP is on.
bro are you like 7 feet tall or something? I'm 6 foot and i fit comfortably in the da40 but your head is hitting the roof
On the right is the island.... whatever!
I am 37, maybe too old to become a commercial Pilot, but maybe I can help my son to become a CP... It was always my dream but ya...
Is there a limit?
There is probably not a limit, At this age with a wife and 4 kids, I will never be able to afford the money and time to start a career in aviation...@@pulanala1421
