;)
This is the best RUclips channel that features Diamond Aircraft. The recordings are of high quality, Micke is a great pilot and somehow I feel part of the journey although I'm not in the cockpit. Keep up the good work sir!! 👍
Thank you William!!!
Comments like yours keep me motivated to do more videos!
Exciting journeys coming up ;)
BR Micke
That taxiway.... it's like you're driving down a country road :)
That's a very cool taxiway. It's like a drive in the country...while in a plane.
Yes it is☝🏼😂
Good job Micke
Thanks Dimitri!
As always, splendid video !
Thanks Kay!
Keep them coming Micke! Thank you

Thank you Chris! Next one soon😉
Enjoyed this crossing very much. Subscribed.
Thank you very much!🙏🏼
I’ve been enjoying your videos since I found out about your channel from Flight Chops. Simple, but entertaining. It’s super fun to see flights that I would likely never get to do but would definitely jump at if I had a chance. Keep making them!
The coolest taxi way indeed - wunderschöne Allee !!
Yes I love it😊
Awesome intro... Music, video cuts, etc. Well done.
Thank you! Trying some new tracks sometimes ;)
Amazing

Butter Landing :)
Thank you for the weekly dose of aviation virus !!! Keep it up !! 👍👍👍
Thanks Carlos, you will like the next one😉
What's up, Micke. Love your new content. Now you're flying like Hans Solo, all own your own, that's awesome. You are probably missing Martin on the RIGHT seat! I was going 2 ask u about your headsets on ground and @ flight w/ DA-42 vs DA 62 noise levels. How clearly can u hear w/ remanent decibels on the cabin? Keep living large brotha! LLAP 🖖
Thank you Francisco!
The headset works great in all Diamonds beside the DA50.
BR micke😊
Hi Micke! Another great video! Do you know if the ECU test button sequence tests the health of the ECU backup batteries? Thanks, Ibrahim.
I think it does not but not sure about it.
Liked it? Loved it! Want more? You bet! Thanks Micke.
More is coming Robert ;)
Thanks mate for watching!
Excellent flight, and I love this plane, what airport did you land at?
Micke Lång-landing, nice one, thanks!
How do you get home from Canada? Commercial flight?
hahah good joke there ;)
Yes with the airline, the easy way :P
fine job call sign ,,, stretch,,, :)))
Thanks froggy ;)
Another cool ferry completed 👍🏼 Thanks Micke for letting us "normal pilots" participate 😊 two questions: why did you take off with no flaps? Company regulation or just a really long RWY for zero flaps? Second, what is meant by the term "non standard flaps up" in the after landing checks? In my DA40 checklist, flaps up is part of the standard procedure when clearing RWY. Danke und Servus! 😁
Thank you Martin!
1: The DA42 has the normal procedure that you take off without flaps. The flaps positions available are actually “approach” and “landing”
2: Because usually you should clear the runway first and then do the checklist, I just did a backtrack here so still on the runway, that’s why I said non standard😊
Sorry not backtrack (my mind was in the last video), I was still on the runway☝🏼
@@MickeLang Thank you for clarifying. This is interesting and differs from the DA62, which has a flaps t/o position. The DA42 wing profile must really provide a good lift 😊
I love this channel. I'm proud to see my videos being suggested after yours! Great work - I'd love to fly together sometime, especially if you're in Scotland again sometime soon 😀
We should ;) Thanks!
@Micke Lang keep in touch, if you like (I'm not sure how best to do that?) - it'd be fun to collaborate :) I enjoyed your Greenland video, today.
Hi Micke I'm new to your channel and I have passion for aviation ❤️ I would love to know more about your journey how you started from the beginning!!
Thank you ❤️
Thank you! I only have podcast episode in german online but maybe a video for the future ;)
@@MickeLang thank you so much that would be amazing 😍
I would be interested in seeing or hearing how do you return back. Commercial probably, but how many legs etc.
I fly back with the airlines ;) Depends on where I have to go but usually it's a one stop journey back .
Love you Ferry flight videos.
Can you tell me which headset you are using and I assume since you are using it for these long flights you are satisfied with them.
I fly small GA piston aircraft, primarily SR20, SR22 and a DA40. Currently I use Bose A20 and lightspeed Zulu headsets when I fly. But I am looking for something with ANR but lighter on the head
I am using the Bose Proflight Pro. It works great in all Diamonds, besides the DA50.
I tried it in a PA28 but this one was a bit too loud for the Proflight headset.
Thanks for watching!
@@MickeLang Vielen Dank fuer Deine Anwort. Warum nicht fuer die DA50? Ausser auf Bildern und Videos habe ich die DA50 nicht nicht gesehen.
@@alexbauer1152 The 50 is a bit too loud for the proflight
Just started watching you today, I’m from the La grande area on the shores of James Bay at YKU and I live near London. How long is that leg usually?
I just ask as for me to drive home to visit it’s a 23 hr drive lol 😂
Hi, Micke, how long was the flight?
Upon your departure- as i understand on this aircraft type you did Not do de-ice liquid shower?
Also i noticed you were in that warm yellow jacket/coat - was it cold in the airplane on takeoff? Did heater work? Or it is not “picking up the heat” fast enough? Thanks for the video, enjoyed it. Nice flare and touch down on landing- camera didnt even shake) i could not get the point when wheels touched the ground ))
Hi Pavel,
I think the flight was about 4 hours long.
I don't remember the temperature but I think it was around 0°C so I just kept the jacket on until the cabin got warm.
Thank you for watching :)
@@MickeLang happy new 2023 year flights!!! ✈️
Another one in the bag.
Do you work for Diamond Aircraft? Amazing videos!
Maybe😜 Thanks!
I'm curious what, if any you're using for ferry tanks on these flights
It's a beautiful plane with lot's of great features, BUT what a tight fit for your legs, DUDE!
It‘s actually quite ok👍🏼☺️
Hey there. I’m new to this aviation. But what do you for a living? Or are you doing this just for as a hobby?
This is my job, delivering airplanes😊
That’s awesome man
👍
☺️
why can't we give more than one like @ yt... ;-) like, like, like
Haha thank you!!! I like ;)
ROGER
What headset are you using
Bose Proflight 2 ☺️
@@MickeLang perfect thank you! I love the videos and am looking to purchase the DA 42-VI!
I want to come With you some Time !
