I find it strange that Worlds of Fun and Valleyfair are both neglected Cedar Fair parks, with a forceless Morgan hyper, a solid GCI, and Cosmic coaster.
Wof is better...and I will visit the first time this year. More coasters and still have an huss enterprise. I love that ride. Valleyfair just is not worth it like it used to be...they removed rides and replaced with oversized carnival types in some...
I'd agree with everything except for switching boomerang and spinning dragons, but it's probably because that was my first boomerang, I love this park and it's coasters
I rode prowler last year it was one of the roughest roller coasters I have ever been on I have never hurt after riding one until prowler granted it was September when I rode it
I was so surprised by Timber Wolf. I thought that I was going to hate the ride, but I wound up really enjoying it and thought it complimented Prowler perfectly. I'm with you in that I'd personally put it over Patriot.
My top 7 at worlds of fun 7cosmic coaster 6boomerang 5 prowler 4mamba 3spinning dragons 2timber wolf 1patriot Edit: worlds of fun is getting a new coaster in 2023
I completely agree with your ratings! I’ve been to WOF 100+ times in my life and worked there. There’s never a line for the Prowler anymore and it’s definitely still the best coaster they have!!
Have you rode zambezi zinger yet? Also timber wolf was retracked by GCI and they also replaced the helix with a 70 degree banked turn so that part is entirely new.
I live in Wichita and consider this my home park and visited this summer for re rides and my rankings are actually the exact same as yours. Timberwolf is fun its not too rough but being stapled on it sucks really bad. And at the end of the day I really did prefer patriot over mamba and actually rode it a 4th time instead of riding Mamba a 4th time instead. Prowler is awesome it really is just out of control and relentless start to finish, since my only credits right now are from Worlds of fun, frontier city and a handful of small coasters its my #1 by far
Nice, Kansas! My friend Brody lives on the Kansas side of Kansas City, which is where I stayed for this trip. Prowler and Timberwolf are a great wooden duo!
@@CoasterDash Nice, i've definitely considered living on the Kansas side of KC one day i'm also a huge Royals and Chiefs fan. And it really is T wolf gives a classic wooden coaster feel with some good airtime it really is solid for a Dinn. Now in the future its gonna be an RMC candidate for sure and that would do wonders for the park but for now its fine
Back in 2011, Prowler was my # 1, having also visited Over Texas, Frontier City, Astroworld, Fiesta Texas pre-IRat, & Sea World Orlando. It took until my 49th credit, Millennium Force, in 2014 to finally unseat Prowler at the top.
My home Cedar Fair park. It makes me so happy to hear someone else giving Prowler the praise it deserves, and I totally agree that Mystic Timbers gets way too much attention by comparison to what Prowler gets. Prowler was my # 1 coaster after first riding it (I only had 30 credits), and that sentimentality is probably why it's still my favorite GCI. I'll be back marathoning it again this weekend. My only change with your list is swapping Timber Wolf & Mamba.
I agree with most of your rankings. #1 Prowler #2 Timber Wolf #3 Mamba For my first B&M invert I liked Patriot, but then two days later I went to Six Flags St. Louis and rode Batman. Which honestly destroyed Patriot. Idk, with Timber Wolf I honestly thought it was pretty smooth except towards then end. And it definitely was a great back row ride for the first and second drops. But yeah absolutely agree, Prowler is the G.O.A.T at this park and it's not even that close. My GP friends thought mamba was the best but I honestly just got so bored on the return run. The midcourse was just obnoxious.
Great list! Having been to this park I agree with your rankings except I’d put patriot at #4 it is still a great ride though and I prefer it to the Batman clones
@@CoasterDash from what you said it looks like they have some good coasters but I hope Cedar Fair can share at least a little love to the smaller parks.
@@CoasterDash It's been a couple of years since I did World's Of Fun, so for 5 and 6 were the two interchangeable spots. Maybe I put Boomerang above Timberwolf cause I just did a boomerang last week so it's fresher on my mind. Also when I rode Timberwolf the retracking wasn't done yet, so it was probably rougher than your 2021 rides.
quassy is also a world of fun 😊
this is one of my favorite quassy comments
I bet it is!
My home park! I started going there when I was a toddler in the late 1980s. I sure miss the Orient Express!
Seems like the residents of KC really miss Orient Express 🥲
Yes that was favorite as well but we are getting the Zambezi Zinger back! So pumped.
Me too!! The Orient and the original Zambie were my ultimate favorites!!
Prowler night rides are some of the greatest coaster experiences I have ever had.
Good news: they removed the mid course trim brakes on mamba
Yup, the bunny hills are a lot of fun now. Before they were kinda useless.
I'm surprised that Cosmo Coaster wasn't number one, but otherwise the list seems right.
😂😭
Great video and great list! It seems like a good park with lots of pretty fun coasters especially at the top of the list! I enjoyed watching!
It’s a pretty fun park with an under appreciated lineup of coasters
@@CoasterDash Yeah it definitely looks like a fun park someone would have a good time at if they went to it!
@@miked7212 and it is! Been there 18 times. The new rollercoaster is great too! 18 times……. 🤣

I’m so glad about the new coaster- the new Zambezi Zinger is seriously really cool!!
100% agree with your list but only with Timberwolf at the #2 slot. Good review.

5 prowler

Was just there today! Prowler is certainly something lol
Prowler is so underrated
It is, isnt it?
@@CoasterDash ya

We went back in May and TimberWolf was my 2nd favorite at the park too. It really surprised me.
Have you rode zambezi zinger yet? Also timber wolf was retracked by GCI and they also replaced the helix with a 70 degree banked turn so that part is entirely new.
Your section on the kiddy coaster just makes you sound sad
Nice list man! Hope to have you back someday
Hell yeah Brody! Thanks for having me over 🙌🏻
I gray out on mamba every time too. Good test I’m not the only one lmfao
I’ve been to wof since I was little! Taht was how I got into the rollercoasters I ride today! I appreciate it wof! ❤
I have ridden the patriot 13 times in a row I go there way too much lol.
FR FR same
Prowler is the best coaster because of the seats
Good list man, maybe it’s home park bias, but I prefer Prowler over Mystic Timber’s actually lol
Me too actually. I really want to get back and ride Mystic again now that it’s had a few years in operation now.
I've ridden both at least 30-50x, and I still have Prowler over Mystic Timbers by a big margin.
Worlds Of Fun desperately needs a new coaster. Hope they get something like Cedar Points Wicked Twister
It looks like Wicked Twister is more likely headed to CGA. A real shame since WoF deserves some capital
@@CoasterDash yea:/ at least I can drive 6 hours to go there😄

I personally don’t like prowler because it’s too bumpy but many other people like it and it’s not my place to tell them what to like
I agree with most of your rankings.
#1 Prowler
#2 Timber Wolf
#3 Mamba

My opinion:
7 Prowler
6 Cosmo Coaster
5 timber wolf
4 Mamba
3 Spinning dragons
2 Boomerang ( My head whips around the entire time though)
1 PATRIOT

That’s fair! I definitely like the Batman: The Ride clones considerably more than Patriot though
Poor World’s of Fun. Hope they get Wicked Twister or at least some new coaster.
I agree. It’s a shame they’ve been so neglected in recent years
