    I’m from Australia. I’ve been watching Air Crash Investigation series for 10 years. Planes are delayed during landing and take off for people lives and safety only. Bad weather is risky. People should understand that sometimes. (But if this happens in any foreign country, airport security + police will be there within 2 mins to escort him out and resolve or calm down or even arrest him for sometime if violent

      In every industries..if any mistakes occurred by the company only the ground level staffs are get blamed and treated like this.     Well, if I had been in the Indigo's person's shoes, I would have explained him this way. Firstly for all delays in landings and takeoffs the airline pays fees to the airport, so an airline would never intentionally delay their flights. Secondly, landing and takeoffs are entirely the pilot's decision and not even the CEO can interfere in his decision. Because the pilot is way more aeronautically educated than the shouting man, and he knows best if it is safe to land or take off. Waiting 5 hours is better than taking life risks. The passengers first of all may have complains but there is an educated approach to complain and definitely not pointing fingers while talking! It only shows how airlines nowadays have become cheap to cater to uneducated public like this man. I feel I should be in these situations to counter the stupid logics with concrete ideas which would put the person in shame. Kudos for keeping cool, the Indigo guy.

    From the last 15 years Iam a frequent flyer in Indigo, Their punctuality is really appreciable,Without weather or some unexpected technial problem their flight will never delayed. The indigo staff is a nice boy with really appreciable patience. Good job young boy....

      coimbatore to chennai train is 6 hour journey in shatabdi with no checkin and checkout procedure no barking required delay would be 30minutes maximum. also indigo had shortage of pilots last two months more cancellations and delay but destinations were increased.

    First thing first if the staff is calm and polite one shoulnt take advantage of that ... The airline is helpless if the weather conditions r not right to fly ... The passenger think the airline is purposely delaying the flight .. well they dont kw one delay leades to the entire network affecting... But we r indians we will pay 3 k for a ticket and boss around like we own the aircraft ... Pretty sad though .... Hats off to the indigo staff ....

      @@jayandranmohan3018 Airport security's job is to look after the security of passengers and airport. They NEVER EVER cares about flight timings unless some one under protocol is expected to visit. Flight delays happen across the world and it can't be avoided especially for low cost airlines.
      No flight will be delayed just for minor reasons. Fight gets profit only if it's in Air and not on ground. So all airlines do their best to make profit but they practically can't due to multiple reasons. They can't give you premium service if it's a low cost airline.
      Here, Indigo followed basic guidelines which should be done as per rule.

Passengers not believing and that scenes have created by Air Bus Service providers.     4:05 Physical assault, Causing Public Nuisance, Disturbing the Peace in a public place, Threatening behavior etc .... the security should have restrained this passenger for a few hours. Put him on the next day's flight and used this footage as evidence of his unruly behavior in a public place.

      On what occasion you thing it's very uneven!... After plane take-off you will be landed in just 40-50minutes in Chennai....

    Salute to that Indigo staff, people behave as if flight delay is due to staff.. there are many factors, climate, technical, etc.. if something goes wrong we blame airline ... Pls grow up guys pls respect those small boys working so hard to make our flying easy.. sometimes it happens due to things which are beyond our control.. indigo and Go air are flights which have more % of time accuracy ... If delay is for a reason pls have patience..
