Thanks glubtub! I know it's not a style everyone is drawn to but I was super in love with the G2 aesthetic and am proud to carry that torch forward with so many other great MOCists.
I shouldn't play favorites but totally the same! I spent a great deal of time coming up with her backstory, much of which doesn't fully flesh out in this video. Vela will be getting some extra attention here soon with another video so stay tuned!
This is really neat! I the arm accessory is a really cool idea, it feels like a deluxe action figure with accessories which I love. Also these animations are absolutely a joy to see! I'm really enjoying the world of Ursi so far.
Thanks Richard, very kind words! I had a lot of fun making this character and I hope it showed in the video. I'm always a little self-concious about the animations as it's a talent I would call a work in progress. I greatly enjoy expanding my skills and sharing them with everyone. I hope they do a decent job of transporting folks more directly into Ursi.
I love how each Warden is unique and stands out from the others, Mairana the fighter, Eirowar the archer, Karikor the defender, Velisari the bard. Wonder what the next Wardens will be....Aladak, Warden of the Marshlands and healer, maybe?
Love this one, genuinely a left field decision to make the “toa of stone” or “the brown one” a lady! Love it! Though, out of curiosity, as this is something I’m going to be doing to this part for my hero factory revamps as I too am a miniature painter: In the intro cinematic, her face is silver, looking almost as if she has a G2 head, have you considered painting the Glatorian Head so that only her eyes are what glows and matches the others? The mold has all the detailing for it that you never really see because it’s cast in clear plastic. Even if you don’t go with Silver for the face, This part looks great with Contrast paint.
Thanks misieeek! The characters in the animation are members of Velasari's rebellion aiding her to thwart the vile Sovereign Quarry. I'll be doing a deeper dive into each of them with a short story I've been cooking up. Stay tuned for that! :)
Love your mocs, and I realized that before this video, I also made a toa-like moc of stone that's female, and I saw a video about gender in bionicle and said that a toa of stone seemed more masculine so jokes on them we made it work
I totally agree Jill! There's no reason why a stone character cannot be gendered toward femininity. I'm proud to diversify and include more female representation (and beyond) in the World of Ursi.
Thanks so much for replying. It means a lot. You are one of my moc making heroes. And when I saw that you replied, I actually squealed for joy. I'm actually using a family member's account. Because I don't have my account, don't ask. Also, the video I mentioned was called "gender representation in bionicle" just so you know. P.s. I'm a guy.
Hi derobot, great question and I'm so glad you like Velasari! I currently do not have plans to release any particular builds for characters as they take up time I could be using to make other videos. I could definitely see doing a deep dive of all six Wardens when they're done, but that's a fair bit down the road. I know of some folks that recreate these builds that may be able to assist you in the PS Discord if you have any questions. :)
Hey, great question Brady! That's a custom drawing based upon the Mask of Time I call the Mask of Reversion, which can reverse the flow of time briefly in a creature or object.
Thanks! A lot of trial and error to be honest. Took a great deal of effort to create such a compact action feature and figuring out all the intricacies with the arm to get it where I wanted it. I've been working on this thing for a long time now, so glad the teptuni and Velasari finally got their moment they deserved. :)
@@PlayStippling i can only imagine how much trial and error you went through to make Sutch a small action feature, for that reason i'm hoping to see more of your creativity in the future!
Alright. Four down and now all we need are the Waters, Underground, Marsh, and others.
It's earth not underground
The world of Ursi includes an underground region called Moktok, full of stone golems similar to Etok. So you're actually both right. :)
@@PlayStippling so the next one is the earths?
Aladak is the Warden of the Marsh, right?
That’s a great guitar design, also you matched the paint on the helmet perfectly.
Thanks Aran! Took a bit to get it just right. I actually need to recoat it as it chipped during this video. :(
@PlayStippling So it is painted? Seems like a stupid question, but I just wanted to double check. 😅
the simplistic nature of your mocs always amazes me as they always look so complex and detailed! amazing work Stippling!

Another wonderful Stippling build
Thank you so much Amelitysh!
Just by backstory, functionality and design she’s my favorite of the wardens so far!

I kinda want to see a member of that crown Corporation that was talked about in her backstory
Very great idea! I have some early design ideas including a bit more backstory which you'll be getting pretty soon. :)
love the outlaw vibe. great moc
Thanks Electro! Glad you enjoyed the vid.
Another awesome M.O.C! You never seize to amaze me Stippling
Well thank you so much mini! That means the world to me.
@@PlayStipplingI’m glad it does, because I just love seeing your M.O.C’s!
Yes a new warden!!
:D So fun to finally share her.
I was debating if she was a Bard or had a cannon.
Now I know
If only it was both.
Haha, yeah technically the Thornraxx launcher is a functional shooter I just opted not to include that in the video. So cannon too! :D

@@danielharris5044 well there are two more wardens and maybe a healer and a tank.
Babe wake up! New ursi video just dropped!
Very creative guitar/banjo design
Thanks so much! I'm pretty proud of my efforts on this one.
i really like how she gives 1860s vibes
Another story another legend
oohhh a support warden thats very cool and the desig is very creative and i like the guitar and two arms one for the guitar and one for her guns
Thanks Arran, glad you enjoyed her design!
Can't wait for the others
Hard at work!
YAS! Another Warden MOC! Can't wait to see the Warden of the Tides!
Same! She's going to be really different from the traditional Gali-esque style, at least in terms of personality.
Woah I’ve been waiting
Sorry for the wait! I hope you enjoyed her feature.

That is a great function.
Thanks so much! Personally one of my favorites, second only to the walking Teku.
Aladak would be the next warden since you mentioned them in your last videos.
Ah a bard to aid in battle.
Great addition to the Warden roster! Who are the characters we see in the Animated Introduction tho?

The

I don't like that this made me laugh so hard. Hahaha.
Ah yes, the one thing that bionicle g2 was lacking. YeeHaw.
Loved the animated intro, also how did you get that headpiece in that tan colour?
I have a question. When are you going to make how-to videos of these characters 'cause I really, really love Velasari.
Hi derobot, great question and I'm so glad you like Velasari! I currently do not have plans to release any particular builds for characters as they take up time I could be using to make other videos. I miss the armor less shots, it made them wat easier to build for your self

Does anyone know where the mask is from? Is it painted because I couldn't find it on Bricklink in light tan
It’s a custom mask I’m pretty sure it only came out in dual molded white and transparent blue mask
Stippling im a huge fan could we please meet up i also have bioniclrs and i have an awesome story plsssss
DND?
I thought you died
