I really love watching your video it gives me lots of information on baking and exploring Japan as well. I love bread more than rice. My family always surprises my baking skills because the bread I bake is unique but they don't know I learned it from here. Thank you for your hard work. I'm from the Philippines!
@milydajao82 saan ka sa Philippines?, I'm from Manila and I bake too, mostly muffins, chocolate cakes and banana breads, mostly for fun,....and to relieved my stress from work. It relaxes me.. maybe we could hang out sometime, and talk about Japanese bread, then we can Travel Japan and visit their Bakeries. I loveee watching japanese made their bread here, they made it look like an art, and it look soooo Yummmmmy....Thanks for the Amazing videos here @Bread story, I really appreciate it,and more power to your future yt videos here. I had a 5 year mutiple entry, last 2019, which I'm gonna renew hopefully next year.....and I've been to Osaka,and Visited dotonbori......and I saw their breads and pastries......loveeeeee it!!!!!!! They also have malls besides the subways and all breads and pastries are all works of Art...and I cant seem to stop thinking about it.......anyways......I'm learning to write Katakana and Hiragana now, aside from learning hangul......and Mandarin after.....I'm still a beginner though, wish me luck!!!
