Boulangerie Gourmand, first time in my entire life i see a baker in a bakery (Boulangerie) starting the work by boiling eggs... cutting pineapple, kiwi, grapes, washing salad, to fry, make mimosa eggs, prepare a sauce base, I agree with the work of a pastry chef making the quiches (because in France the first pastries were salty before the arrival of sugar in the 17-18th century, the sweet pastries were mainly honey, so I agree for this kind of pastry). And wow for his Pain au chocolat ^^

The cost of pastry is the same price in the U.S. the cost of living in Japan outside of Tokyo is the same as the U.S. outside our major cities. The pay in Japan is under poverty! And they have no laws to protect them from unjust living, unjust pay, overtime hours, accident insurance, no lawsuits.
Watch a few of the shows with Japanese farmers who sell vegetables on the roadside. There's tons of these videos from all around the world and it makes me think this is a good time to research democracy and how the U.S. and UK are losing the battle to keep it.
