Existential Short Film | CITY OF DREAMS | BMPCC | Sigma 18-35

City of Dreams is a poetic drama about a child dealing with the loss of a parent. This existential short film was shot on the original Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera (BMPCC), using the Sigma 18-35. It took first place at the Little Hollywood Shootout, here in Kanab, Utah. It was all shot, edited, and put together in 48 hours. All in all I am happy with how it turned out. So far the word has been good on people enjoying the film. I honestly didn't know if it would connect, as the subject matter is sad and the existential storytelling isn't for all tastes.
