As a person with a severe needle phobia (as in, I’ve gone to therapy for it) videos like this really help me. Seeing the needles in such a relaxing circumstance really makes the scenario feel a lot less intimidating, as well as seeing exactly what the needles do without having to experience it myself makes it easier to understand to me. Thank you for this 🩷

i have a very intense reaction in the dentists and ive found at times watching asmr has helped my nervous system response. i can imagine how needles are a phobia for some, and stuff like this might help similarly.

I tend to get extremely overwhelmed when I'm sick and get overstimulated very quickly from light and sound, and hospitals are very bright 😅😅, this would've been a saving grace

It’s not so bad. Depending on how they do it, you may not have needles at all but if you do, it only goes in a tiny bit so not like a regular shot. If you have anxiety, maybe bring some headphones and watch a video or listen to music so you can be distracted.
For me my allergist doesnt use needles as in injectable needles he uses like sewing needle looking things and just pokes under the skin, it helps me a lot because i have a severe fear of injectables for some reason and the sewing needle type ones dont bother me at all

Not sure if you have a Roku tv or if any other TVs have this option, but with a Roku you can turn off the screen and whatever video or anything that you have going will continue playing 💯 it's helped me so much because I extremely prefer to sleep in darkness

My Rheumatologist had a similar reaction when he saw my lupus rash flare at the beginning of 2020. The best part of masks was covering my rash.
