I was about to say the same thing! I've never seen anything like that before.
What's ironic though is that pupil dilation drops will make the vision blurry after the pupils dilate. (I used to work in eye surgery as a nurse.)

I just looked at it a bit closer it looks like it says skylight cottage then moonlight cottage but still a cool detail
The intro looks like a show where there’s an optometrist who leads a normal life but her patients are quite unusual and she ends up needing to solve the mysteries surrounding them. Bonus points if at the end of each episode she hands them their glasses and says one of their secrets before closing the shop and disappearing to another place

Just noticed this bit 25:55. Love it. The look when she sees the googles and the smile after (to hide the initial reaction) are so genuine. Very good and subtle acting.
I love the whispered conversation with herself when she’s examining our old goggles, just loud enough to be discernible but quiet enough where you have to focus to understand it, easily one of my favorite parts!

You see, the difference between Moonlight Cottage and the rest of asmrtists, while the rest either use green screen and don’t have a story or when they do, they only use one or another thing, Moonlight dives into every detail!
Lighting, props, clothes, story, she’s going beyond what was possible for asmr!

Both you and Latte ASMR are my favorites to watch. you both labor over your scenes so much and make it feel so real. Especially with the lack of after-effects. Real settings with real objects making real noises. That and the lack of excessive tapping that some ASMRtists do. Every single thing in your work has a reason and a purpose and I love it!

In Europe, antique shop owners would be glad to hand off their old junk (pretty and aesthetic, but still junk nonetheless) for a cheap price. I'm from Austria by the way, but I'm pretty sure countries like Italy, Romania and more would have similar antique shops to those here.

I like to imagine that there is a connected universe between all of the role plays. A MCCU (moonlight cottage cinematic universe).
I can't believe it's been a whole year the optometrist was one of my favorite from all channels, and when you teased us last Sunday the whole week dragged along as I couldn't wait to see the new set and you definitely did not disappoint.
