Awsome video and thank you for all the ideas on work outs and eating normal, not crazy cut it all out. Also not saying I enjoy seeing you talk about soreness, but it does make me feel better. You watch workouts and they just shoot thru them and never talk about rest and soreness, you start questioning yourself. Thank you for being real.
