Wow that’s cool, reminds me of the story of the house of Anne Bates. She was one of the tallest women ever and married a man (who she met in the circus) of similar height. Their whole house, from the doorways to furniture and cutlery, was scaled up. What a cool idea. Though it might effect resale value😂

Nice video! Glutes are very important muscles for running. In fact if they are not strong you could have IT band problems and you will have pain on the knee. 💪 thanks for inspiring to get stronger
Is it hard to grow muscle when you having a lot of cardio with your running? Because as a postwoman I walk and cycle a lot everyday to deliver letters and that is also a lot of cardio each day but I want to grow muscle also with weighttraining.
It’s hard, but definitely possible! I’m doing the same thing. You need to eat in a calorie surplus; don’t underestimate the amount of calories you need, because I made that mistake and wasted a lot of time 😅

My legs are shot for 3 days after leg days and makes running miserable. I miss doing legs very minimally when training due to running.
