First time ever driving at Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca.

Including this lap I had several potential 46sec laps then was slowed down by traffic.
I still had a lot of fun today.

two seconds from trading my Infiniti Q50 in for this Elantra . Im in New York And I have yet to see one on the road. I test drove the DCT version and fell in love with it and the fact that people don't buy these here in New York Makes me want one even more because the go to is either Type R or they people aim for something like A VR30 Q50/Q60, Hellcat chargers or BMW M3/M4 which is understandable at the same time when I factor in Light weight and gas prices with fun to drive and great chassis control the Elantra N checks off those boxes. great driving and thanks for inspiring me!

I'm happy to hear that you are considering Elantra N, buddy! Yeah, there are other good performance cars out there, but EN is so fun to drive and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg like some other cars. 😂

I'm in NY as well.... factor potential Civic Type R & GR Corolla mark-ups and all of a sudden the EN is a bargain steal! Lol

Does this car comes already with a Hi pressure fuel ⛽️ pump? Or we need to upgrade that for a new tune .

It does come with a high-pressure fuel pump from factory.

Any other mods to the car besides wheels and tires? Still on the factory brake pads and rotors? Change the fluid or anything? Looking at getting an EN to replace my 1LE for something cheaper to track often.

I changed my brake fluid to motul 600 before the last event, but the pads and rotors are still original.
