what obligation does the employer have to comply? You go through all of this and then your employer stalls because they're so big no team can agree on who's going to be doing this?
If you have an employer but also work self employed on the side what would you fill out?
If self-employed, would the 'workplace contact' be myself? I'm the one covering costs for my own equipment/etc rather than my clients...
