Pretty much the best tips for attracting any woman, in general. First work on myself and just be patient, become a "real" man and I'll be set. Second, have a somewhat interesting life, be myself but show the most exciting parts of me. Third, just be knowledgeable and well rounded, don't be illiterate and take time to perfect your bio. It's not too difficult, just put in the effort and you'll eventually find it very easy. You won't need to worry about much if you set yourself up for success.
So I stumbled upon your channel by accident but I’m really happy that I did because of the awesome content you post. I’ve been watching your videos for the last hour. Keep pumping out great content like you have. And I will definitely take you up on your profile edit/review offer.
This might seem "harsh," but this is valuable insight. "Just have confidence" is a lie that only leads to disappointment. She is telling us what actually works, not what would work "if life was fair." You can possibly do these things, but maybe not. I would rather be told (respectfully) that I am not good enough than have my time wasted being strung along.
I was pretty scrawny well into my 30’s, which hurt me with ALL women. It turned out that I was deficient in both testosterone and protein. After fixing those two things, I put on a lot of muscle and look far more masculine (I look like a totally different person). I even get attention from women who are taller than me (I’m 5’ 8”) and 20 years younger (I’m 41). It’s the 21st century, any man can get jacked if he’s really motivated to make the change. You might have to inject testosterone, but there’s no shame in that… women have been using hormones for generations now. It’s crazy when I think about the fairy tale I grew up with, thinking women primarily care about your character… they do, but first and foremost they care about secondary sexual characteristics, EXACTLY like men. It’s refreshing to see the honesty on this channel. When society blatantly lies to men, many will inevitably go down a dark path of bitterness, anger and ultimately misogyny (which I see so much of in the red pill, black pill and MGTOW communities). I was spared that, perhaps because I completely abandoned all emotional investment in the opposite sex (which is another unhealthy response we see a lot of). Thanks so much for your honesty and your willingness to help (really cool of you to offer your help for guys’ profiles… you wouldn’t believe what dating coaches charge!). If any guys want to know how to get jacked, I’m happy to share what I’ve learned. Honestly, it’s ridiculously easy to be more muscular than 80-90% of guys. I’m at that level and I don’t even make it to the gym some weeks.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this! I appreciate you! Like men, we have to be sexually attracted first. If we aren’t, then we might as well be friends. You’re right about staying in shape. Modern technology and science has made it a lot easier.
I had my testosterone checked, and it was at about 50% of what was considered normal. Part of it may be my age (I am in my 50s now). Been taking testosterone for about 8 years now, and I sometimes get asked if I work out, even though I don’t work out as much as I should. I am sure you went to a doctor first. For those of you considering something like testosterone, if you do decide to take it, you need to consult a urologist first. Take only the dose they recommend. If they don’t recommend it, don’t take it. Do not take more than the recommended dose thinking that it is a good way to bulk up. It will bulk you up, but it will also bulk up heart muscles that were never meant be bulked up, a condition called myocarditis, which will kill you way before your time.
@@johnnyquick7128 Yes, I get my testosterone from a doctor. I agree on all points. Following my doctor’s recommendation has resulted in better health (including heart health). You don’t need high doses, assuming your total and free testosterone are in the middle of the range. High doses aren’t even as effective as people think… going from 500 to 1,000 ng/dl is less effective than just increasing my protein intake. As long as you’re not at the bottom (or below) the range, you’re good. I had low testosterone since my 20’s. But for the average guy, middle aged obesity is where testosterone issues start. The problem is, both body fat and dieting will lower testosterone, which can put you in a metabolic-hormonal death spiral that’s impossible to get out of (ie, the diet itself messes up hormones, etc.). FYI, testosterone therapy completely shuts down your natural production, so whatever shows up on your tests is 100% based on what you’re getting from the pharmacy. If you ever stop therapy, you will go into serious withdrawal while your body restarts testosterone production (which can take months). This, along with the fertility-lowering effects, are why you don’t want to start therapy without serious consideration.

It’s pretty basic but a lot of guys message me asking me why they don’t match up with cougars. They send me a pic of themselves and I have to tell them that they look like they’re 12.

Hi Michelle, I wonder if you would mind recommending some men's colognes you and your lady friends like? This would be some good info for cubs as well and could fit into the narrative you offer here.
