Drew Lock talks like he's been in the league for 20 years
He's been through a lot in a short career
He never inhaled
I think mentally ( 95% ) of the game He has graduated. I love his energy. Make zero mistake. Drew is a great addition to the Giants organization.
I wish Daniel the best possible recovery. But if he has issues? Lock is loaded!

How can you not love the fan favorite Tommy Devito ?
Because he won 2 games and looked awful in the other two losses. That's why. I care about his football ability to win games. He's a PS QB.....yet to prove to be a Franchise starter. Facts.

I'm a big Daniel Jones supporter Drew locks interview made him go up in stature very well spoken DeVito.... I probably ran into his parents at the Meadowbrook... Big supporter.

Drew lock has been through alot out of the 3 and has a much higher ceiling with all that he has learned over the years in different systems
I still have high hopes for DJ but I can agree with this statement. I think being in Denver and Seattle is very valuable. He's a big guy too. I'd say he might be more durable than dj.
DJ sounds confident and relaxed. Seems like he is at easy talking to John, great interview John.
Hopefully the OLine can give the QBs enough time to flourish.

Despite everything that went wrong last year (no wr separation, injured oline, injured pos players, injured qbs) we went 6-11 and only 3 plays (one missed pi, injured kicker, saquon botched toss) away from 9-8 give this fo/c team a chance.

This is the season where we either see "DANNY DIMES" that took us to the playoffs 1 1/2 year ago. Or we see the Daniel Jones that let us down last year.
The whole team let us down even coaching took a step back never 1 player always TEAM

Im guessing what its gonna be like in the 2024 to 2025 season is Daniel Jones will be the starter Drew Lock will be the 2nd string backup qb and Tommy Devito is going to be the 3rd string and i predict the giants record will be like 10 and 7 and go to the playoffs

I love DJ, his work ethic is undeniable. But he has the personality of a piece of dry white toast. His fellow players claim he’s totally different in the locker room

All that I take from this is that the offense is too complicated and that’s probably why our team has been struggling. Idk man. Seems like these guys are just saying what they’re supposed to say as someone trying to keep their job.

Good good, ready to throw picks and get injured.
wish all 3 the best. wish DJ stays healthy so that we can trade him. Then Tommy and Drew can battle for the Starter job with our 2025 Draft pick in the wings waiting. I have 2 predictions assuming we can stay somewhat healthy
1) At best: 10-7 and that's only if Dallas has an off season because their O line can potentially be a huge problem for them. The Dak, Lamb and Parsons drama from the last playoff list is something to not go unnoticed and they haven't resigned Dak. Also.... on the flip side Oline has to be a strength and our D will have to be Top 10 for this to happen
2) At worst: 4-13 and that's if we go 0-6 in the division, DJ plays horrible, Washington turns out to be better, and our O line is as bad as last year. The D line has too much talent to be bad but the secondary is a huge question with only Banks as our most reliable player.
I can see both scenarios playing out but my most realistic prediction is that they be a .500 team -1+1
so 8-9 or 9-8.
There’s no hope for this New York Giants team.
Tommy D is the guy for now plus he has that star QB moxie, I think he could be a Tayson Hill for us.

Every fan feels good at this time of the off season obviously. My hope is DJ takes that next step and doesn't get hammered every time he drops back. That being said, I never understood why they benched DeVito last year for Taylor. They were going nowhere and why not let the guy play and get experience. Lock has a good attitude and is probably a career backup. My hope is we don't have 3 career backups on the roster!
Drew Lock QB1, Devito QB2, bench DJ so the Giants can get out of his contract and his injury guarantee for 2025
On August 22, the Giants will trade Daniel Jones and Evan Neal to the Jets for Quinnen Williams, Sauce Gardner, 2025 2nd- and 4th-rounders, and 2026 2nd- and 6th-rounders, so Don Bosco Prep alum Tommy DeVito will be the starting quarterback for the Giants in the upcoming 2024 season over Drew Lock.

@dannyduds1058 you are paying for what? DJ fifth year option was declined by Mara and Giants org. He played 2022 with no contract extension. Then got paid after playoff berth. They did not have to pay him. But letting a playoff QB go for uncertainty would've been asinine. But Devito won two games last year and you fans think he's better. You know nothing about football.
