Just to follow up on this, Riru module with the latest safetynet fix v2.1.1 needed to be installed to pass on my Mi 11 with Global ROM 12.5.9. Had to remove the modules and reinstall to get it to work but sorted out in the end. Working great now.

Must have gone wrong somewhere and I'm stuck on eternal boot loop. Any advice on how to roll back?
EDIT: I copied boot image from global M 11 T which is a model that I had, ran ADB, flash it again and then I turned it off. I turned it on into recovery mode from holding POWER and VOUME UP, and it somehow booted me into factory recovery mode. I did wipe all data, and run into safe mode.

What I have found is that you need to carefully follow the instructions but make sure you install Universal Safety net fix V2.3.1 and Busybox for Android NDK V1.34.1 via modules in Magisk.
I'm running MUI 13.06 and Android 12.

Hello. Thanks for this. I have done this and phone working great. Question: I am now being offered an OTA update for my Xiaomi 11 Ultra. If I install this, will it undo all the changes such as Netflix and Google Pay currently working?
Did you applied the update? I want to do this to my MI 11 ultra to pass safetynet but I am not sure what would happen every time a new OTA is provided. Exactly today i was doing the steps and just got the notificatiom that a new OTA was available, so would like to know the answer to this.

how can I get in contact with you. All the videos are grate! Thank you. But after all of this playstore works fine but I still have a problem with one app (MIT ID app). it is still blocked. I have the same phone and I upgrade to miui 14.02.0 tkamixm. the teamwin doesnt appear anymore. its just a black screen and I have to press power button untill is rebooting. Best regards

When I searched for safetynet fix it showed me the latest version (v2.0) and accidentally installed it instead of v1.2. It showed an error, rebooted and downloaded the right version (1.2). I run the safetynet check and it failed. Details show it failed on CTS profile match. How can I get it to pass the CTS profile match / safetynet check?

Hi. I just bought mi 11 ultra. May I know what are the best steps to get the global version (or eu version; which one is better?) and which vid should I refer? I hope I'm not asking too much as I'm kinda lost as there are too much vids 😭😭
The ROM from xiaomi.eu is based on the Chinese ROM and get updated very often but you need TWRP recovery to update, on the other hand the official Global ROM gets OTA update but you have to install safetynet pass to use mobile banking, netflix...etc

hey i followed the method completely but i cant use banking apps still
Some banking apps are more clever and no matter what you try it will detect that the phone is rooted, the only option it to revert back to the original ROM and lock the bootloader.

You can do this and doesn't affect calls. I cannot see how you would get scam calls as you can do this without even having a sim card inserted

I did find the global ROM wouldn't allow me to use this feature nor Netflix by the way great videos keep up the good work : )
@@drowaiss had the same issue reverted back to stable 12.5.10. I was experiencing SMS issues and few other minor things but we're fixed after reverting back

oh. i just use the RIRU module for safetynet and it passed, but still cannot install netflix. it says "not compatible anymore"

İ read that it is not recommended locked bootloader with root.
After uninstalling magisk my phone is unlocked again. 🙏
Thanks for this video but its too cumbersome going this route. I think its better to stick to the China Rom with Nova Launcher and all chinese apps removed.

Some Banking apps are clever and still detect Root, you can use the browser to login instead

once you unlock your bootloader, you will not be able to use some apps like banking apps, android Pay...etc. You can install safetynet Pass to try and get them to work but not guarantee all apps will work

@@TOPFONE4U okay thanks! So actually there is some procedure to make it like a "genuine" global rom. Sadly i sold it with xiaomi eu. Rom because banking apps were working. I say sadly cos they wont know hot to update it from xiaomi. Eu
@@AdisopitoiTimwroi yeah but if they erase all data from the phone you loose the safety net pass that doesn't happen with EU ROM is it's better to sell it with the eu ROM

Not all the apps are guarantee to pass the safetynet check.

@@brokentough1425 it works fine, after you complete flashing open Magisk Manager app and choose uninstall completely,it will remove root file and other files which are affecting security passing issue...you can search on RUclips you will find the way...it works for me perfectly now all apps working
You're phone is rooted bro, if you don't want to go through this hassle install Xiaomi EU ROM and every app (banking, government, streaming apps) will work.

so this worked perfectly for netflix and other apps but when logging into banking apps it says "sorry, you cant use this app as we've detected that your device has been jailbroken/rooted"
Not all the apps can be bypassed, as some will still detect that the phone bootloader has been unlocked.
