I have flashed my phone from the original Chinese version into the international version. It is great so far and i enjoy it but i do have one problem , this is i can not use some of google product like google wallet because my phone is unlocked. What shoud l do?

Do you know how i can get rid of thr miui logo and padlock unlock sign on top after firmware flash?
My phones is stuck on this for few minutes everytime i do firmware and then few minutes later goes to fastboot only.
Please note my bootloader is still unlocked as i very it with xiaomi official software. I'm using the clean all option only so far.
I still don't get why that if you flash to Global from Chinese officials roms, you cant have a locked bootloader.

you have to download the fastboot version of MIUI12 and use Mi flash tool to install on your phone

Bro , your videos are very helpful BUUUT i have a tough one here, i flashed a global ROM trying to update a current global one AND i forgot to click the box "clean all" leaving the "clean all and lock" checked! (Stupid me), well issue Is that now i try to flash a chinese rom to recover everything, and It says something similar to "yes or yes you have to unlock bootloader" in order to perform the flashing, by the way, i dont have recovery menú anymore!!! Please help! Tried all your videos and nothing... Oh and by the way, waiting for Xiaomi to send me a verification code so just "MAYBE" i Will be able to unlock the bootloader, but tried your "flash chinese original method even with the bootloader locked" and doesnt work, any help please? And yes, still have access to FASTBOOT screen but no recovery...
You can use the Mi Flash tool to completely restore the Chinese ROM
@@TOPFONE4U that is a complete lie, needed EDL procedure and my Mi 11 ULTRA was back to life, and for that, you need a XIAOMI authorized account to do EDL flashing. In other words, if you have bootloader locked and no access to any type of recovery screen (just fastboot) , EDL is the ONLY way to save your phone, and yes or yes you will have to pay for that. I ended paying $35 Euro.

You need to install the Original ROM which came with the phone prior to unlocking the bootloader. So in this instance if you received your device with Indian ROM with locked bootloader then yes you have to install the Indian ROM in order to lock the bootloader

The Mi 11 Pro and The Mi 11 Ultra use the same ROM.
just want to share my experience
I have Mi11 global version and I unlocked the boot loader and installed xiaomi,eu rom it was good and really great battery life but I wanted to go back to original version
so first I flashed my phone with stock rom and than I flashed and locked bootloader too no problem happened
conclusion: if your phone is global you can flash and lock bootloader with global only
if your phone is EEA one flash with EEA to lock the bootloader
if your phone is Chinese flash with Chinese one which you can lock the bootloader

Once you flash a different ROM region to the one which came with the phone, you cannot lock the bootloader because it will brick your device

Is there a problem to flash the stock rom and lock if the phone is unlocked but linked to a different MI account than the one used to unlock?
No you can lock the screen, but you might have issue if you try to unlock again in future since it s already linked to a different Mi account
@@TOPFONE4U did all the process and now its bootloader is locked again and the phone is working properly on the stock ROM. Now it's up to the new owner to apply for the bootloader unlocking and to change the ROM. Thank you for the tutorial, it helped me a lot!

You could unlock the bootloader and flash the Global ROM but the only downside is once the bootloader has been unlocked banking apps will not work because it sees the phone as insecure. Alternatively you could flash the ROM from xiaomi.eu Forum which comes with safetynet pass.

I’m tired of this eu rom, The EU rom keeps draining my data from gallery app- everyday almost 500mb go via the app, i cant switch it off. Nothing i haven't done to switch it off. It's fixed.. Please send me url on how to switch to global rom and lock bootloader if necessary. I'm fed up..

Yes, you can flash the chinese ROM without locking the bootloader by using "Clean all" option in miflash tool

Yes, download the Fastboot ROM and use Mi Flash tool to flash the Phone. Please note that you can only lock the bootloader when flashing the Original ROM version

It's down to your personal preference. I prefer to use the ROM from xiaomi.eu forum, simply because it comes with safetynet pass and also it does get updated very often

Yes, once you restore the original Chinese ROM and lock the bootloader. The phone will be as you originally got it from Xiaomi

Bro I bought a MI 11 Ultra that was already flashed with Xiaomi EU MIUI 13, I tried to flash TWRP onto it and now TWRP doesn't work, it is unresponsive to touch. How can I revert back to the stock recovery? Remember each time you flash the phone with a different ROM the phone asks for the password for the MI account used to unlock the bootloader. Can you please give me some advice to how to get the stock recovery back on? I am willing to contact you & buy you a coffee if you can help me.
TWRP is not compatible with MIUI13 at the moment, hopefully an update will appear soon. In the meantime you can re-run the MIUI13 fastboot install which should restore the Stock recovery.

I was using pixel rom then I flashed miui 11 global in redmi note 4 using mi flash tool and locked the bootloader by mistake now I am not able to unlock the bootloader again!!pls help!
you must use the original MI account to unlock the bootloader, alternatively flash the Original ROM to flash the phone with locked bootloader
