Hi, Yeastar PBX is the server that can be used for managing calls. It is not the same as what you mentioned. If you need any IP devices(client), plz contact the corresponding sales staff for recommendations.

Hi .I have some issues yesatar with hikvision integration .integration is completed, everything working well .the problem is when I connect the door device to cloud .it was ringing only hi connect app .if I turn of the hik connect service it's working properly
Heeeey Yannick, thanks for the question. Well, we don not support Early Media. As a matter of fact, the entrie solution is based on a "SIP call", or a "Phone Call". So, we're actually picking up a call to control the intercom. The Early Media solution is based on the intercom system itself. Guess that will be another solution. Hope this could help. Cheers~
Is it also possible to use video BEFORE accepting the call? so that you can see who actually is pressin the burron? without SIP, we see the video on the indoor panel

@@YeastarVideo Hi, i did an on premise test setup today, all working fine, linkus clients are ringing, no video there, but thats normal, i dont think linkus supports video ... but on my intercom, i only have video after a pickup.... that setting "instant notifications" , where is that? i was in contact with a engineer, but he just showed me video setup of an hikvision default setup, not retaled to yeastar at all :-) .... can you help finding that setting? thnx , appreciated
Hi, the corresponding indoor station is not necessary. You can use an IP phone or Linkus or another device to pick up the call when the door phone calls in. Plz add one device to receive the call at least.
Hi there, this is not a common usage as we experienced. There is a way to hide the caller ID for analog lines, that is to disable the Caller ID dection on FXO port setting. For the other types of lines, you can try to check with the line provider to disable the caller id service.

Hi Dexter, Yeastar PBX supports standard SIP protocol and is compatible with the Hikvision Door Phone. As for the other PBX, I am not sure.
