Every single day i overcharged My iPhone to sleep. Since October 2022 - Feb 2023 my iPhone 14 Pro Max is still at 100%. I only charged My iPhone with the 5w adapter. I rarely using fast charging, unless i was in rush. If i must you the 30w fast charging brick, I’ll charge and cool-down my iPhone at the same time by facing it straight to my table fan to make sure it’s not heating up. If yall really care bout the Battery Health, keep your iPhone away from heat at any cost. The Heat is the worst enemy of the Lithium Ion. You’re welcome.

True. Have been using 13 since June 21st 2022. Still at 98% even with heavy usage like gaming most of the time. I use phone cooler when charging (20 watt) and gaming so that it doesn’t overheat and when ever possible I charge only between 30-80. It really does help in the long run
That's normal, if yours stays at 100 for a long time you got lucky with your battery (you got a higher capacity than advertised due to manufacturing tolerances)

Also use a lightning connector instead of cheap ones. The lightning chargers have a chip inside of it that sends the bad currents safely to the ground instead of sending it to your phone. The cheap ones will also heat up your iPhone even more, and heat is not an iPhone’s friend.
I’ve been using the charging cable from apple every time and my battery health is at 89%. The 14PM is just a crap phone. I’ve never had this problem with my previous pro maxes
There’s one way to save your battery, go to settings, go to battery, go to battery health & charging, turn off optimized battery charging I hope this saves you money
To avoid heating during charge, turn off the device while charging. This is to avoid the backround apps that may cause additional heat to your device. Please do remember that heat is one of the biggest cause of short lifespan of battery in your device aside from draining it to no to little juice left. 😊

I finally switched to android brother I bought iPhone 14 and within 2 months with minimal usage dropped down to 99% I exchanged that shit with onepluz and its feels soo good battery lasts 2 to 3 days without battery saver

After 4 months my 14 pro is still at 100, and after 9 months my 13 pro was at 99%. It depends on general usage, you're using 60 or 120hz, how bright you keep the display and charging only to 80% daily.
Don’t charge to 100 percent. Also don’t drain below 20 percent. I have been using the pro max for like 6 months and there is no battery health drain. Also try turning on automations for battery in shortcuts.

This is ridiculous. Apple shouldn’t have implemented the battery health system in the first place. It’s literally so inaccurate. My iPhone 13 Pro Max is at 94 percent after 9 months of moderate use. I only used up 89 charge cycles. I think the actual percentage is at 99%.

My mom’s iPhone 12 Pro Max is still at 91% after more than a year. I’m sure mine is probably going to stay at 90% for a long time.

mine is purchase oct 17, 2022 and now battery health is down to 95% I bought a class A 20w apple adapter and based on its charging speed its charges almost 20w using ampere app now I am currently charging it with my awei p155k magnetic powerbank for 7.5w. Your usage is all wrong, you have possibly charged it incorrectly, exposed it to too much heat or there is a fault with the actual phone.
