- This is a review of the Sunny Health & Fitness Squat Assist Row n Ride Plus Trainer.
The Sunny Health & Fitness Squat Assist Row n Ride Plus Trainer is not as good as the original Row n Ride Squat Assist trainer.
The Sunny Health & Fitness Squat Assist Row n Ride Plus Trainer is 3x the price of the original Row n Ride Squat Assist trainer and does not give you as good of a workout.
I recommend buying the original Sunny Health and fitness Row n Ride Squat Assist trainer over the Row n Ride plus and DEFINITELY over the row n ride pro.

My reasoning for buying this model is simply because it has a 300 pound capacity. I would much rather buy the original if it was 300 pound capacity. Unless this is a gimmick then I'd for sure go for the original. Otherwise, I'll have to get this one.
I hear you bro, many many people feel the same way. I’m not small or light either. ‘Only’ 240 here but this one doesn’t feel any sturdier, the screws and rivets are all the same size and that’s what would break first. I went nuts on the original and it’s still holding up. Plus it gives a better workout.

I was looking at buying the "plus" model because it has a higher weight capacity. I currently weigh 240 lbs. I am looking to get down to 175 lbs.
Does anyone know the weight capacity for the original?
I’m 230. The weight capacity is likely inaccurate. Get this question all the time. Steel is thicker on the plus model but the rivets and screws are same thickness so it’s irrelevant. The original will definitely hold ya!

I'm not light, and there have been quite a few other people asking the same question one guy was 350 lb I'm not sure what video his comment was on but he was saying that it worked for him. The other models aren't any stronger they use the same screws to hold them together it's just the tubular steel is a bit bigger but if it breaks it's going to break at the screws so the quote beefier models aren't actually any stronger. This is the conversation I was looking for. I tried my cousin’s original row n ride and had no problems, but then I started doubting myself and thinking I needed the Pro or Plus. Nah!!
Hello bud thanks for your awesome videos, do you think this or even the basic version would be good to help burn belly fat, but I do also want to built strength or do you thing a standard exercise bike would be better? I suffer from fibromyalgia so impact can be an issue
If you have the money a bike is best for burning fat. But this cheap machine works really well for HIIT cardio!

My first thought is it looks like a cross between the plus and the original. Can't go wrong with the original...if this smart one is more $...I see nothing smart about it. Just my opinion

I have never found any of the models to be ‘tippy’ even at full blast thrusting mode. Is yours tipping over? Are the stabilization bars correctly I attached?

Great question! I had to look up the difference…seems to just be the color code. S means silver. So either one should be great!
If I buy this machine will I see obvious results in my glutes?
Truthfully I don’t think so. Mostly quads and you have to do HIIT almost every day.
The only way I got my glutes to grow was hip thrusts and goblet squats at the gym. In-line skating also made them noticeably larger.
