Join me for the 28-day Head to Toe yoga challenge! Beginning February 1st, we'll be working our way down the body from head to toe with a new daily yoga practice that only takes between 5-10 minutes each day. LOVED this practice. When I initially saw that we would be working hands and wrists, I didn't think I would feel that much but my goodness - SOOOO GOOD! My wrists and hands feel fantastic! I think I will incorporate this practice a lot more in my daily yoga routine. Thank you, Joelle. Making my way to Day 11 tomorrow. :)

Joelle, Thank you! I've done the wrist stretches before and am always fascinated at how much work it does for them. I just started a restaurant serving job yesterday and I can see my wrists getting extra use! I plan to show them lots of love by following along with your videos often, and preparing my wrists with a warm up before i go into work. Thank you!

This was my yesterday practice and I loved it! We do forget to stretch those wrists and hands and this felt oh-so-good! As always, thank you! These short yoga practices are great during this busy time for me! I'm finishing up teaching 3 online classes and the upper body stretches are so welcome! Thank you again and again!

As a pianist I’m very aware of my hands and wrists… I also injured my left wrist (over ten years ago!) and it is still weaker than my right. Yoga has helped it get stronger but it also makes yoga more challenging!
Wrists are a problem area for so many people, great job looking after yours!
